Doorphone to be added to app

in the long awaited upgrade to the comfort app the function of being able to answer the doorphone will be added !
i was wondering if the video is also an option

Answering the door phone would be so handy, especially as I am about to be immobile for a couple of months following surgery!
What would be even better would be to answer the door phone on an Amazon Echo!

I doubt video will be added as video is not part of the comfort system, if you have android and a CCTV system tyr using an App clled IpCam which gives you a widget for your main screen,
However with the new R-PI UCM in developmnet it does allow for more actions, with developments if you can write program scripts you maybe able to achieve a lot more, So far the UCM is expanding how you can use the comfort system with Alexa and google home, But it still is in beta mode but does allow for more flexability with it capable of informing you when perimieters doorbelss are pressed breached ect.....

We tried to include video camera but each model has different settings requering special programming.audio over the app is also not possible at present

At one point in time you were looking as though you had made some \'liaison\' with Farfisa!
It would be good if you could work with a specific manufacturer ( why not Farfisa !) to achieve a closer integration of a video door entry.
Again when Comfort first stared probably 70% of the installs we did had a doorphone attached now zero!
