Phones 1 and 2 are for Central Monitoring Stations (but they can be used for other phone types if CMS is not needed).
When phones 1 and /or 2 are programmed for CMS, note that there is a 3 minutes delay before the rest of the phones are dialed in ALARM state. This is to allow for the CMS operator to call the keyholder at the alarms phone number. This may lead you to think that the system is not dialing out to the other phones due to the long delay
This setting is in Comfigurator > Telecoms > Dialing > CMS Delay in Alarm. If the value is changed to 0, then there is no delay
Note that this affects Alarm Types which have alarm state 3, not Idle or Alert Alarms
