also try changing the connection on CM9001 from DP Mic and Vouce top KP Mic and Voice. I wan to check if there is audio with this cnnection  It may indicate a fault wth DP voice

You have K1 and k2 relays. Is this your own relay or on the DM02?
There is no need for relay for Voice and mic as we have internal switching.
Also Mic out and spkr in on Dm02 should be connected Comfort DSP boardwe need to know which CM9000 or CM9001 you have, we need the serial number or photo o detremine

It is a real challenge to find that serial numbers now, when it\'s all in place, as there are additional boards on top of the main board. I suppose \"PC01-095A\" is not what you need? Can you be more precise - where exactly should I look for the serial numbers? Or is it maybe readable from Comfort software on the pc?

So, now we have audio in and audio out coming from BPT system over a disconnection relay (BPT system needs this) to DM02 \"MIC IN\" and \"SPK OUT\", then from DM02 \"MIC OUT\" and \"SPK IN\" to DSI plug-in module \"DP MIC\" and \"DP VOICE\".Are you suggesting to move the wires from DSI \"DP MIC\" and \"DP VOICE\" to main board \"KEYPAD MIC\" and \"KEYPAD VOICE\"? And the wires that are now connected to \"KEYPAD MIC\" and \"KEYPAD VOICE\" - we just leave them disconnected?

K1 and K2 are our own relays. K1 is necessary, coil voltage is 3,3V, it reacts to someone pressing the call button at the gate.
K2 we added external, it is operated by OP8 output (activated through programmed action when call is answered from the comfort system keypad).
If you say that there is internal switching of MIC and SPK lines on DM02, we can eliminate K2, then? Although, I don\'t think it would make any difference, but if you\'re sure that we don\'t need it, it\'s always better to simplify.

this is to test that the voice from DP is the problem or not.  The keypad voice and mic should remain connected to KP voice and mic otherwise th keypad will not be able to tlk or hear from the door station. There may be howling but that is OK fr this test

after the above test is done and there is still no soundremove K2 so that we can be sure that the switching of the relay is not the problem
