Remotely Disable Dial Out

Is it possible to remotely disable the dial out function? Perhaps through the Engineers Menu?

The system is currently persistently dialing the alarm monitoring service. The engineer that was knowledgeable with Comfort has left the company. So, until I can get out there (I am in the US the alarm is in Portugal) I need to stop it dialing them.

You can log in to Engineer Menu on the keypad by pressing F0 and engineer code eg 6789#. when you hear the engineer menu, press 2 for alarms, enter the alarm type and # key which is caus8ng the dial out. The alarm menu will be announced. Press 1 for dial out and 0 to disable dial out.

this can also be done by phone but the engineer Code must be enabled first
