Can you try power off and on. ?
If you still have the same problem go to Tools, Bus Monitor, when the bus monitor aperas press START, then press  F and 0 on then  keypad, then *1 together on the keypad to sync text. Save the bus monitor text I think it saves save all and send the text fle to support@ctech.biz

Sorry about the radio silence on this, but I wanted to try a few things out, and I've also been travelling.

When I try to use the bus monitor, I don't get anything at all appearing in the monitor window. I'm using an Eth3 directly mounted on the main board. Do I need to use a separate UCM to make the bus monitor work?

sorry this new forum has some issues with reply notifications. The Comfort BusMonitor does not work when ETH03 is plugged in to the CM9001. Do you have another UCM with USB or eth03?

I do. I will have to dig it out. Please bear with me as I have other things to deal with.
