Random Communication Failures with Keypads

perhasps there is an intermittent connection problem with the keypads. Can you disconnect the keypads from the wall and separately connect them to the main comfort using short wires temporarily and check if the problem still occurs?

Found a loose power connection on the keypad that was causing this issue. The issue is now resolved.
