Can not record mesagge via KP04 after upgrade?

After upgrade Comfort 2/ Ultra, I got the firmware version with 5.079, with mail box delete and def34.cct and Vocabulary file anita23.bin loaded. Every thing are fine with local phone to sign-in, leaving message, assign user name, greeting message.....

However I can not record any voice via KP04 keypad for user name, greeting and message.... The Keypad Mic\' red led turn on to allow recording message as normally, but when playing back, there is no \"time duration\" for keypad to play \"recorded\" sound... the symptom now is quite as same as with before upgrading from 5.045 to 5.079.

Any suggestion on this? is it because of KP04 alone?

Could you verify whether the KP04\'s mic is working?

It would seem to suggest that either the microphone is not working or your mic line is broken.

Try swapping KP04 if you have a spare to check.

Thanks Adrian. The mic wire from Comfort to KP04 was broken at site. Everything done. Thanks for your suggestion.
