System would not disarm

Hi,

I had an incident where a guest decided to wander around the house in the early hours of the morning while the system was in Night mode.

When I got to the keypad, my guest was \'trying\' to disarm the system (yeah). I am not sure what de did but I could not disarm the system. I had to disconnect the battery and mains to recover the system.

Any ideas as to why I could not recover the system on the keypad ?

Suspicious sort of guest isnt he ?

When you enter a wrong code too many times, the system will generate a Sign in Tamper and lock out the code.

Check the event log and see if the Sign in Tamper event was recorded
