Web show idle pic. all time. How to correct it?

Sorry for late reply. Your code seems alright. Idle image will be shown when there is no alarm, no trouble (e.g. zone trouble, power failure, telephone cut, etc) and no alert (zone alert, entry alert) happening. Have you seen what is displayed by the image when there is for example, a zone trouble?
