In Comfort, alarms do not mean sirens sound and there are intruders in the house. See http://www.comfortforums.com/forum16/368.html for an explanation

My home is installed with Mi Guardz. May I know is there any technical engineer based in Kuala Lumpur to help trouble shoot my system ? Thanks.

I have sent a private message to suggest an installer in KL

If your system is called mi-Guardz, it may be more than 10 years old. It nay be time to upgrade the system to Comfort 2, but your installer will advise
