Comfort 2 DSP/Voice Fail

Hello,
 
I have no voice on my recently upgraded comfort 2 and on checking the history log the DSP/Voice Fail has occurred and I have tried resetting the panel. Please advise what my next step should be.

Can you try to do a Vocab upgrade by following the instructions at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum76/1623.html

If that does not work send an email to support@cytech.biz and include your serial number. You may have a faulty Voice IC
