The voice menu is very quiet

Hello!

I have a Comfort II Ultra system with a little problem. The voice menu on the KP04 is very quiet. I already checked:
- volume control on the KP;
- voice setting on the comfigurator.
- I reloaded the vocab file, but no changes
The keypad beep is good, but the voice menu is very-very quiet. The voice on the phone is good. What is the problem with the settings?

Do you have another keypad. If so try that to see if the problem with the soft voice is caused by Comfort or that keypad
