Does anyone know what has happened to this software package and/or the developer, Julian? I bought a copy of the package a few years back, but now want to transfer it to a new PC. I\'ve tried sending emails to two addresses I had for Julian from conversations when I purchased, but no replies. The website (https://www.futurehomesoftware.com) is also down. It resolves if you \'ping\' it, but you cannot get a response via a browser (any browser!) The licence authentication process fails, too, and if you try an \'offline\' authentication, just like the home page, there is no response. Is it still available? Being developed? Or dead in the water? And if dead, how does one authenticate a licence? Thanks for any advice!

Still no comment on this? Is ANYONE aware of what the status of this app and the developer is? If I try to install the app, I cannot \'authenticate\' the licence and so I\'m given a 30 day \'evaluation\' . Attached is a screenshot of what I see.
No website; no authentication server and no reply to emails. Anyone?

Hi I’m still around though not actively developing CC right now.

My server has been off so I’ll put it back online at the weekend.

Thanks, Julian, and good to know you are still around!! Smile  In these uncertain times (and especially in the UK), one tends to fear the worst.......
Looking forward to seeing an active site.

Corona virus hasn\'t got me yet?
That said I\'m not developing ComfortClient at the moment either as there wasn\'t much take-up compared to the money I was having to outlay to develop it so there comes a time to get your evenings and weekend back!
I noticed my Webserver has been offline on the Internet for a while because ZoneEdit DDNS seems to have screwed up for some reason.
I think it is up now though, well it is from my testing, so teh license server should be cool again!
If anyone wants a free license then just PM me and I\'ll sort something out for you.
At some stage I\'ll do a build and remove the licensing requirement.  TBH I was using this to see how many people were using as soul destroying sometimes to be developing for a completely hidden audience of 3 men, 2 dogs and a hamster! Smile

This Hamster\'s wheel has been turning perfectly since day #1 and still goes strong and in daily use. I just hope Microsoft doesn\'t do something in the future to mess CC up.

Yeah we solved some good challenges together Ingo and was happy times.
I am tempted to dabble in Visual Studio again but just remember how much time it took up last time.
