Comfort Cabinets

Hi,

Could you explain the difference between the EN01 and EN03 expansion cabinets.

Maybe we could have some close-up pictures of them open etc as the pictures on the main Cytech site are small and dont really give much detail on how they open, their mountings etc etc.

Am I counting the studs correctly to suggest I could mount 3x UCM\'s plus the main Comfort PCB inside an EN03 case?

 UCM size modules can be mounted. eg LEM, RIO, DM02

For half size modules like ADM01, RLY01, RLY02 two of these camn be mounted on the ACC-PLATE2

Not sure you answered my question though; how many ucm sized modules could I mount in the EN03 enclosure.

If I wanted an EN03 just holding UCM\'s (no main Comfort PCB) then how many could I fit (including those via the adapter plates you were mentioning)?

Basically my main comfort panel (one that came with my very originally sourced Comfort II kit from Home Controls as was!) is not an EN03 from what I can see but presumably something they had locally made fro the UK market at the time. I have my main Comfort II, power, battery etc in there plus 2 x UMS (Eth02 and Zwave). I want to add GSM and maybe another 1 or 2 UCMS.

If the \"proper\" EN03 holds 3 UCMS then I could replace my existing \"Home Controls\" sources case with one of these. Or I could mount a new EN03 next to it and put additional UCMs (but how many) in that. Or, because I like things to be neat and pretty put 2 new \"pretty\" EN03\'s next to each other and re-model my layout.

So understanding what I can fit in which chassis is order of the day.

I have 3 UCM\'s and a main board in a EN03 and could add more.

I think I may have a non-standard enclosure too (I originally had a Comfort I, purchased in the UK which I subsequently upgraded to a Comfort II which is now in the original enclosure).

I have the main Comfort II board, LEM03, ADM01 and a home-brew relay board in said enclosure.

I also have a UCM05 for programming (external to the box).

I plan to add 3 more UCMs at some point (Universal, GSM & Zwave).

My preference is to fit everything in one enclosure but I guess that\'s not going to work

I don\'t quite follow the detail of this thread i.e. what is the maximum qty of UCM\'s in an EN03 without a main board and what\'s the quantity with one?
