If you do Vocabulary download on Comfort 2, and the download completes but there is no voice after reset, do not do the download again (this takes 20 minutes)
Try a Sentence Download first. Use the same vocabulary file for Sentence Download We believe that sometimes the end of sentence download is affected by insufficient timing. This should be fixed on the next Comfigurator download
