Hi
I installed a number of TWS02s today. 3 are working fine, but there are problems with others.
1. One 2 circuits, when the light is switched on at the wall or via the control menu, the relays continuously flash on and off. I\'ve checked the settings, they are not set to flash. I\'ve checked the wiring and it seems fine. Is there a reason why 2 relays might flash on and off very very quickly?
2. On one circuit, if you turn the light on at the wall or via the control menu, it comes on and then the relay clicks again and it switches off automatically immediately. Any ideas why this may be?

How have you connected the TWS, is it with Two way switches according to the TWS manual?
Did you program the Input zone as feedback accordingly?
Exchange the TWS with the site that is behaving as expected to see if there is any difference with the 2
If you still have problems send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz

Thanks.
We swapped the TWS for another and same problem occurs so it is not a faulty unit. When it flashes on and off on it\'s own, the flashing is three times quicker than the flash comfort does when an output is set to flash.
It only does this problem when both lighting circuits are connected to the same TWS so I think my electrician may have wired the normal 2 way light switch at the other end incorrectly (both circuits are also wired back to the same normal light switch, with a separate gang for each circuit. He may have crossed some wires over or something).
I\'ve triple checked comfigurator and the RIO outputs are not set to flash, just the response as outlined in the TWS manual, so I really don\'t think it\'s programming that\'s the issue.
I\'ll ask him to rewire but does the above sound like it\'s a 230v wiring issue not a programming or 12v wiring issue?
One final thing - what\'s the reason that Comfort 2 is limited to 8 keypads, 15 Rio/scs, 64 zones etc - any plans to extend? I need more!!

Running out of all really!
Especially zone inputs and rio inputs. have plenty of outputs.
I have used all 64 zones, I will need 12 Rios and have 3 Scs but would like to have more SCS and inputs
Already have 8 keypads, ideally would have more
It\'s an 8 bed / 23 room house......plus PIRs in garden, access control etc

What about adding another Comfort or better still Logic Engine to handle your additional things

Sounds great, but can it all be connected together so the existing system and the logic engine can all be controlled via the keypads etc? It would be a nightmare to have 2 separate systems that did not talk to each other.....

Some connectivity function is in the works but we have not decided the extent of this yet. If a UCM can connect to other 3rd party systems, why should it not connect to another Comfort?

I\'m sorry, I didn\'t quite understand what you mean.
Will it work fully with my current comfort system or do I need to wait until you have finished doing the work?
