What is the difference from \'report user\' and \'report zone\'?

I am trying to do a \'response\' in wich an \'intruder alarm\' can be activated when a timer expires, but it seems not to work.

To activate alarm, i have used the command \"Alarm User Intruder\", but no alarm was activated.
So, i have tryed to use \"Alarm Zone Intruder\", but no alarm activated again.

What is i am doing wrong?

The difference is the alarm reports user number or Zone
Both Do alarm actions should work
