UCM ETH01 won't connect

I can now confirm that the ETH01 doesn\'t work with UCM firmware above 5.xxx. Also it won\'t program an Ultra with Firmware 7.xxx.
I received my new UCM ETH02, this would program my Ultra. I then upgraded my 2 UCM to 7.022 and neither would then work with the ETH01 ( one previously did with 5.XXX firmware).
By the way KP04 with LCD is probably one of the best ideas you have come up with. Great to show status & faults.

We have verified that ETH01 works with UCM firmware version 7 so there should not be any issue
For ETH01 SW8H should be inserted

What are the settings on the DS Manager for the ETH01?

Thanks for the feedback about KP04. Actually we have newer products KP06 and KT03. Consider the new ones if you need more keypads

Thanks for the assistance. Can you please change the manual as the current manual states in bold \" Note that for UCM Firmware 5.228 and above, SW8-H for Hardware flow control is ignored, i.e. no flow control, and SW8-H need not be inserted.\"

Sorry this was a typo on my part
I meant SW8-F inserted for ETH01 and removed for ETH02

SW8-H is for hardware flow control which is not used in the new firmware

Did you get the ETh01 working with SW8-H inserted?

If you remove it, does it still work
