Your system is still working except for the parts that were damaged
You can continue to use it if you do not need to call in and dial out, by bypassing the telephones to the telephone line

I only have one phone line in my house, which is connected to my system. Therefore, I will need my phone to dial in and call out. If you can guide me to do a simple test to confirm whether the \"TEL-IN part\" is still ok, if not, can I purchase the new part and install by my self? By the way, I am not familiar with Configurator yet.

I can confirm that the TEL IN circuit is damaged
There is no part that you can purchase to replace it. There may be many electronic components damaged by the lightning strike, it is not just a single part that we can identity
The only solution I can suggest to you is to return it for repair
