Why i can not transfer vocabulary?

I can not transfer new vocabulary and now keypad not say. How to fix problem ?
hard ware CP9000-ULT v5.039 + UCM 6.xxx
Solfware comfigurator v3.7.8.0 + vocab myma36

 It is probably a problem with the Comfort firmware 5.039 which is a very old, more than 6 years)  non-flash version or there may be a problem with the voice IC
Switch off power and battery to Comfort , power up and try again
If it stil has the same problem, then you may need to send the board back to us for checking or repair.

Hi Moment when I discovered the VPG3.05. and I use it manual program VOCAB.It can fix the problems I have.
