To conclude, this problem has been confirmed to be caused by positioning of the UCM/Zwave. The house is big and the UCM/Zwave is blocked by metallic objects. Repositioning the UCM/Zwave or the antenna is able to fix the problem and obtain the correct status for Multichannel switches
