This COMFORT 2 system has been running for four years. Nothing has been changed but both keypads started beeping and showing \"communications failure\" today. The PIRs are flashing their LEDs when activated and there are LEDs lit on the Pcb in the enclosure. Beeping stopped after keying #. Message still flashing and no keys work at the moment on both keypads. Could you help please.

This may be due to a fault on the comfort pcb or a short on the comfort Rs485 bus
Try resetting the comfort by pressing the reset button
Check the integrity of the bus or remove all the keypads and other modules and adding them one by one

I have found the reset button after releasing the upper PCB. I pushed it and the system is now working again. Many thanks for your assistance.
