I have just noticed that the Flags do not all reset to 0 when the system has been reset. - has tis been changed recently?

Flags are not cleared at reset. This was from Formware 7.036 back in 2013
It is not related to Comfigurator.
This is better because if you have flag states that had been set and cleared, it remains the same state after reset. (but power off will clear the flags)

Export Scenarios does not work with 3.11.6
It willl cause exception when you select the items to export
