Hmm, it was a lightning strike which caused a fault on your original comfort. Is your area prone to lightning? Instead of damaging the system completely, it may have caused some random fault. Have you tried switching off the system and removing the battery?

Yes I think it was the cause of the fault the first time, damage close to the telephone interface I recall.
We\'re not prone to lightning at all here, that was a one-off I think.
I just tried a complete power down / battery out and it\'s still the same.

It\'s a bit of a strange fault. Only some of the vocabulary is wrong.

That is very strage. we cannot figure out what would be causing that
can you give an exacvple of the words which are wrong, ie the correct word vs the wrong word

wav fikles are OK but just the name of the words would be sufficent

These are the files I have.
1 = Me keying *<PIN>#
2 = The loop message after the above
3 = Me pressing the F key to end/logoff
4 = Setting night mode then disarming
5 = Setting away mode then disarming (including walking through a zone)
