New Battery

The three keypads in our home started to warn against a low battery recently (AC LED blinking red and audible warning) and knowing next to nothing about this installation I luckily came across this forum.So basically I removed the 12V 7AH battery (been in there for around 4-5 years) and replaced with a new one today.  The system seems a little happier but the Home LED is blinking green and I am not sure if I have to do something to return it to the normal green steady status.Any help on this would be much appreciated.If you need more info on the system I will try and upload some images if needed.

Try pressing the following on the keypad: F then 3 and finally 1. This initiates a battery check.

New batteryies may not be fully charged.
The 1st time you do the battery test it may give Battery warning but when it is charged then there should be no battery warning
By the way the battery test is done automatically every 24 hours from the kast time you do a batery test

I pressed the F then 3 and then 1 to do a battery test - nothing really happened.When I press 1 the voice just says \'Battery test\' again straight away and then lists the other options.

If the battery is low, F31 willl report Battery Warning, followed by Battery Restore (as the test ends)

if the battery is good, there is no announcementy

Hi,
I did replace the battery so at least we can rule out there being an issue with the new battery.My manual states the following as other possible causes for blinking Home
LED:
1. Phone cut (not sure how this is setup but nothing has changed)2. AC Fail (I assume the system is running on AC currently?)3. Zone trouble (not sure how to troubleshoot this - assumed all settings would be stored in NVRAM somewhere)

The LCD should report thr trouble which caused the green led to blink
If you have not signed in to your keypad since the batery warning then the greem will  still blink because you have not acknowledged
Sign in with your code on the keypad to acknowledge and check if the green is still blinking

I went through the process of changing the sign-in code which was successful.After that I now get the AC light with a steady red LED and the Home LED is still blinking green.
Does this mean there is an AC fail?

Not knowing much about the components of this system would you have any suggestions where to start troubleshooting as everything else in the property is operating without issue?
