Ive been running for about a year without any problems.Today however I noticed in the Smartthings App under the My Home / Things tab a number of unidentified entries with \"?\" the only entry.On entering, these are existing Comfort devices but some simply seem to have lost their identity On the My Home page only, see attached images.Tried rebooting everything but still the same.Any ideas??
I haven\'t seen anything like that before - it looks like a SmartThings issue. Have you had a look at the ST forums to see if anyone else has reported anything.
Can you send me the logs via the webGUI and let me know your serial number?
Yes, this has been interesting. I actually saw this issue on my device recently as a result of changes Samsung have been making. It looks like Samsung backed out / made further changes which has resolved this for both of us. Interestingly I am on iOS and I think you are on Android which appeared to have different symptoms.
