I think you are slightly confused.
The bug in Sunset/ Sunrise Responses appeared in 3.13.3 on June 15, it was reported on July 15, and 3.13.4 was released in July 16 which fixed that problem - Hardly Months since t was reported.

Comfigurator 3.13.5 Fixes the following Bugs from 3.13.4 - Alarms > Partition Events> Responses (ie Security Off, Away, Night, Day, Siren Output )which have been programmed here become blank after saving the file. Wen the file is opened again, the Partition Responses are blank.
- Occupancy Timer in minutes is not written to Comfort
Known Bugs
Also please note that the Partition Events bug that is fixed in this version 3.13.5 does not just affect Partitions.
Partition Events includes the Security Off, Away, Night, and Day Mode Responses which was in Miscelaneous Events. It has been moved to Partition events because each partition has a set of Security Off, Away, Night, and Day Mode Response. With versions 3.13.1 to 3.13.4, even if you haveno partitions your Security Off, Away, Night, and Day Mode Responses would not work

Please note that in 3.13.5, the Security Mode Responses (Away, Night, Day, Security Off) have been moved from Miscellaneous Events to Partition Events, so that they are groups with other events pertaining to Partitions, eg Siren Output.

Long time since I\'ve been around! Hope you are well given the current situation?
Anyway\'s I have just had to visit/and charge a resonably compedent client that got burnt by the update nag screen, the sunrise/sunset issue and then the relocation of the Partition Events.
Reading this thread has been quite an unexpected eye opener given the issues listed and release dates.
Roll backs & testing has revealed that even this latest version does not correctly read previous config files and populate Partition 0 fields setting them all to Null Response.
So some thoughts...
Probably missed the reasoning, but why have an Events Tree that trys to contain all the responses and then relocate some of them? Partitions, Users etc. Probably just my old time familarality with Comfiguirator.
If the splash screen shows, indicating an update (Did I miss the option to turn this off BTW), it should also show the release notes or provide a link to them so one can better judge the impact of upgrading.

Yes there was a problem with versions 3.13.1 to 3.13.4, apologies for that3.13.5 fixes the known problems
The changes to move security off, away , night day, and siren output to Alarms >Partitions is so as to allow this to work when more partitions are added in future
You can see the old grouping
security off response partition 0,
Away mode response Partition 0night mode Partition 0
security off response partition 1,
Away mode response Partition 1
night mode Partition 1
security off response partition 2,
Away mode response Partition 2
night mode Partition 2..
was rather clumsy and diffucult to expand

Thanks for the update but what I\'m pointing out is that if you take an older config file and load it in the latest Comfigurator the assigned responses for the responses are lost! And have to be put back into the config file. Meaning it is all to easy to upload an effectivley courrupted config. Added to which the only way to get back to the file and see what the settings should be is to roll back comfigurator.

Wow, I\'m glad I saw this thread. I\'ve been on 3.13.3 since early July 2020 (looking at my folder dates). Fortunately I keep backups of every config change I ever make since they are only every couple of months or so and I just did a diff on the XML in a config from mid 2019 to the latest one yesterday.
You\'re definitely correct, garym999. At some point my old AwayModeResponse and NightModeResponse have been lost!! The new similar versions of those settings in the partition section are all null. I guess I haven\'t noticed it as their effects are very subtle in my config.
I\'m now going to paranoidly look at all the other diffs to ensure no similar losses.

You can load an old cclx file by going to File > Restore from Backup. You will be shown a list of old backups that were automatically saved

That\'s not the issue.
The issue is loading a known good file that worked with previous configurators the Partition Responses do not carry over to thier new location in the latest configurator. Then you write the file out and the Security Off/Away Mode responses etc. do not get assigned.
And now you have no way of telling what responses were assigned previously. I removed Configurator, rolled back to an older version and installed, ignored the upgrade nag screen and then manually noted the response names. Then I could upgrade to the latest configurator and reasign the responses.
Fine if you are only working with one system but I have loads.
