Replacement Sub Board (OP01)

I have Comfort Mother Board number A017826 (it has it\'s other half C097167) This board has the 8 output sub board plugged into it, with an 8 pin chip ULN2803A soldered onto it.
3 of the outputs have stopped working, so I can only assume the output IC has failed on this sub board?
Can you tell me if  this plug in sub board can be ordered as a replacement and what is the official description of the module? I would have a go at replacing the 8 pin IC, but there are several other components very close to it

This is the Sub Board, which I think buffers the 8 outputs?

Yes the part number is OP01 for CM9000.
