CBUS to KNX translator required

We have a CBUS o KNX translator that does not work when you remove the USB from the laptop.

I think the unit must be faulty

Is there anyone anywhere that can supply me with another unit ?

We have a CBUS o KNX translator that does not work when you remove the USB from the laptop.

Is there anyone anywhere that can supply me with another unit ?

I have gone back to site and rebooted the CBUS to KNX translator No PC connected to USB - 

I was able to send about four CBUS commands to KNX successfully but after that it 'locked up' and would not work.
I connected the USB and reloaded the file but ow not getting any response

I've put it in the bin ! (as its obsolete and I cannot get a replacement)

Going to try the logic module with a CBUS UCM attached.

Any thoughts much appreciated
