Battery Voltage after 2min - 12.54

SEM02 Voltage after 2 min - 11.87

Connection cable 400mm long.

It looks like the cable supplying the voltage to the SEM may be too thin resulting in a voltage drop. This could be because the SEM is supplying a lot of current

Increasing the cable thickness between Comfort and Slave would reduce the voltage drop. Also consider if you can supply the external devices from Comfort instead of the SEM so the current to the SEM can be reduced thus reducing the voltage drop

Doubling up the cable between Comfort and Slave would probably do the job

Connected extra cable from SEM02 terminal JP1 back to Comfort, this solved the voltage drop issue.

Tested with manual battery test all OK

Tested with automated 12:01 battery test and all OK

Will replace battery as it is 2 years old as a precaution.

Thank you for your support in resolving this issue.
