what is the firmware version for the UCM/Zwave?
Only Version 6 can be upgraded by Bus

It is version 6.

Sometimes the upgrade may fail You can try again or use the UCM Programing cable

What was the original UCM/Zwave firmware,
is the UCM/Zwave still working on its original firmware?
Did you try the firmware upgrade by programming cable?

After firmware failures, it shows the version as 6.000. It does not work, getting Timeouts and No Response Errors. It did the same thing with version 6.019 hence why I tried upgrading.

I think this could be because of UCM firmware. which version are you using?

UCM as in UsbUcm? UsbUcm is Version 6.008.
