Fail to arm the alarm

Hi anybody can help.?

when i want to on the alarm but i facing the problem. coming out the word \"nulo\" and fail to turn on the alarm...
my alarm model is \"clipsal mindrepro alarm system\"

please help if anyone know. thank a lot...

What is your Comfort firmware version
You can use Comfigurator and do Transfer > System Information, or if you do not have a UCM, read the label on the Comfort panel U1 IC eg ULT 5.123, OPT 5.200

Is there voice on the keypad at all? eg when you enter the use code and go into user menu do you hear the voice menu?  Or you can press F5 to hear the event log? Is there any events announced
If the voice is lost it may have this effect. In this case Upgrade the vocabulary using the UCM and Comfiguratoro 3.4.0, see the instructions at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum76/1623.html and read the section of the UCM manual which gives the instructions

Did you answer the question if the system has loft its voice?

If the voice has been lost, It cannot be done by the keypad
Ask your distributor to reload the vocabulary or send it back to Cytech
