No voice on keypad

Good day. Please assist. I have a Comfort II Ultra with Firmware Version 7.046, a KP04 LCD 1.019 & a UCM USB with Firmware Version 7.028. After a lightning storm the voice is gone and the keypad says \"NO TEXT DATA DOWNLOAD ABORTED\".

When attempting to upgrade the vocabulary (It is myma36 now, I have tried to upgrade to 36 & 37 with the same result) I get error \"Vocabulary Upgrade failed with error code 6. Please try Vocabulary Upgrade again.

When attempting to upgrade the Sentence Tables I get error \"Sentence Upgrade failed with error code 17. Please try Senence Upgrade again.\"

It looks like the lightning may have damaged the voice in flash, I am afraid
You can return the comfort pcb for repair or you can buy the Dsp section (right half of the pcb)
