Hi after finally upgrading the whole of my system with a new Main Board, 2 New Slaves and New UCMs I and trying to snag a few problem.
The first of which is connection issues to The ETH3
I have had issues when connecting via the iPhone app in that as I am trying to either or disarm it will quite often comes up with Dismiss or Login again.
I went into Server manager to see if I could resolve the issue and have found I cannot edit any of the info and the following items in Server manager are flashing rapidly.
Any ideas on what can be causing this?

This topic decsribes how to Connect Zigbee devices with Comfort Home Assistant, for example to map Zigbee Motion and Door/window sensors to Comfort Virtual InputsTo integrate with zigbee, a Zigbee USB stick can be used. We have tested the ZBT-1 by Home Assistant sold by Seeed Studio.




With this device, it is no necessary to have another Zigbee controller in the network. Just paid other zigbee sensors and devices into the same network.

We shall use as an example Sonoff SNZB-04P door/down switches from Sonoff.

Due to the cessation of landline telephone service in the UK, we have been asked to check if a device like Grandstream HT802 which is a 2 phone analog adaptor (ATA) for VOIP can be used for Comfort dialing out and dialing in.

The HT802 does not work by itself. You need a VOIP server in the premises or you need a SIP Server on the internet to take your connections and calls. Not all SIP servers can do voice calls, most are  for connecting between VOIP systems. I tried https://voip.ms/ whuc is a voip provider with SIP servers in  several countries.  They have good guides to how to set up with Grandstream HT802, see https://wiki.voip.ms/article/Getting_Started and

You need to register for a user id with one of their sip servers. After registering you have to enter the user is and SIP server address on the ATA FXS port configuration.  You have to top up your account with minimum US$15.

In voip.ms after registering you need to get a \"DID\" number in your country which acts as a caller id for calling out to the dialled phone, as well as a number to dial in to the phone. You can Order a DID from one of the supported countries, This costs some amount of money either monthly or pay as you go per minute.

After all this was approved an the DID number was applied, I managed to make a call from my phone to the ATA phone connected to the HT802 ie the incoming call works. However outgoing calls from the attached phone to a Singapore number did not work. Calling to an Australian numbwr did not work, Calling to  a US or Canadian number does work.
after checkung the voip.ms  website again the warning was found:\"International Routing: You can choose also the Value or Premium route. Both routes are reliable, however you\'re going to find better quality if you\'re using the Premium route. The CallerID Number is not guaranteed to work for international calls even if you use the Premium route. \" Thus voip.ms is not suitable for the purpose
If you use a SIP/VOIP service in your own country this should work, but there will likely be a substantial monthly cost. Anyone who wants to conyinue testing will ave to eplore the options available

In conclusion:
After spending a few weeks on the setupThe setup for grandstream HT802 is not simple
You must find A VOIP service that can work with the Grandstream device in your country.  This will incur likely a monthly payment. voip.ms does not work with International outgoing calls (where international refers to outside USA and Canada). Anyone who does this lease get support from the provider.

My recommendation  
Use the UCM/GSM Module which can call out and accept incoming voice calls as well as send and receive SMS which is fully supported by Cytech. Most of our customers have gone by this route

You can integrate zwave with Home Assistant using a Zwave USB dongle. There are many available but I have tested zooZ 800 Zwave stick model ZST39. Make sure you select the correct model for your region. US and EU models have different operating frequencies. The EU models work on 868 Mhz. It can be plugged into raspberry Pi using a USB extension so that the Zwave stick can be placed away from the raspbery pi (in order to avoid inteference). Do not put near any wifi router or similar device, which may cause interferece




You do not need any other zwave controllerto set up the Zwave network. 
I also added a Zooz Outdoor Motion sensor ZSE70 EU. again select the correct model for your region.



It is easy to add the Zwave Integration to Home Assistant. n Home Assistant, go to Settings > Devices & Services.  
Click Add Integration and search for \"Z-Wave\".Choose either the Z-Wave JS or Z-Wave JS UI add-on. Z-Wave JS UI is generally recommended as it offers more features.

Install and configure the Z-Wave add-on:
If you chose Z-Wave JS UI, install the Z-Wave JS UI add-on from the add-on store.   
Start the add-on and configure it. You\'ll need to specify the device path for your Zooz 800 stick, which is usually something like /dev/ttyACM0 or /dev/ttyUSB0. You can find the exact path in the add-on logs or by using the ls -l /dev/serial/by-id command in your Home Assistant terminal.
You may also need to configure security keys and your region in the add-on settings. Yoyu can normaly leave as default

Add the Z-Wave integration:Once the add-on is configured, go back to Settings > Devices & Services and add the Z-Wave integration.   Home Assistant should automatically detect your Z-Wave stick and connect to it.

Add your Z-Wave devices:

After the integration is set up, you can start adding your Z-Wave devices.
Put your device in pairing mode and use the \"Add Device\" button in the Z-Wave integration to pair it with your network. For ZSE70 motion sensor, press the button on the back 3 times to put it into pairing mode

 After pairing with the zooz motion sensor, you can map the motion sensor to a Virtual Zone on Comfort. A virtual zone can be enabled on Comfigurator on any zone higher than zone 9 by checking the Virtual Input checkbox in the zones screen. This allows external devices to activate and deactivate the virtual zone. It will ignore any open and close contacts on the physical zone inputs.

Go to Settings > Automations and Scenes > Automation. Create a new Automation for sensor off and On. . In Triggers select State, and search for \"When Outdoor motion sensor Motion detection changes from On to Off\"
Then  search  for MQTT Publish, enter comfort2mqtt/input11/setPayload=0 ie assuming Input 11 is the virtual zone, turn off if the sensor stops detecting motion . Save and name it eg Zooz Off

Do the opposite for motion sensor on to send an MQT messge for input 11 on,  ie
comfort2mqtt/input11/set  Payload=1

Go to File Editor and enter the virtual zone in configuration.yaml

The tv PIR is the virtual zone which should correspond with the state of the motion sensor. In this way zwave sensors can be part of the zones/inputs  in the security system

Bugs

1. If ERR red LED remains on after  reset or power on, it means the wifi submodule has been detected. If  this occurs when USB or eth03 submodule is inserted in CM9001 or UCM,  the ucm will not communicate. If tis happens power off and ON the UCN by  removing and inserting the 4 way cable to the UCM. Similarly if wifi is  inserted in the UCM baseboard the ERR red LED should be on. If it i  not, then power off an on the UCM in the same way
   

•  D?0000 queries ARM CM9001 and Slaves for battery voltages and DC voltages. allows Comfigurator 3.14.14 to read Battery ad DC Voltage values for CM9001 Arm processor
  
• TE command to test EEPROM size  TExx where xx = 1 for 1st eeprom, 2 for 2nd eeprom in the UCM. If xx is missing defaults to 1st eepromno xx is 1st eepro. Repies with 08 = 24C256 256KBits size
  

The ARM CORTEX M3 versions of CM9001, Slave.  and UCM will replace the Toshiba 16-bit processor versions of the same products. Initially the functions of the ARM versions will be the same as the older version in order to ensure that the effort in migration are fully tested to be compatible. In future it will be easier to add functions or introduce new products with the new platform.



The CPU (Left) part of the CM9001 will be replaced by the Arm CPU board while the right DSP Board will remain the same. Hence both versions of the CPU board are compatible with the current DSP Board.


LEDS
The LEDS used in the ARM CPU board are high efficiency Surface mount types and are not easily seen when they are off. Their locations are indicated in the above photo with green or red highlights
ID0 to ID3 indicate ID for Slaves( SEM)

• RX Green – Blinking Indicates RS485 Receive/ Reply from RS485 IDs
• TX Red – Blinking  Indicates RS485 Transmit. CM9001 polling of RS485 IDs
• OFF (ID3) Green – Solid ON means Security Off. Blinking means Trouble (Zone Trouble, RS485 Communications Failure, AC Fail, Battery Low)
• ALM (ID2) Red – Solid ON means System Armed, Blinking means Alert or alarm state
• ERR (ID1)  Red – Not used at Present
•   ID0 Red – For ID only

• RESET (Highlighted in Yellow) - Reset Button. Press to reset CM9001 without changing the configuration or programming
•  ID (Highlighted in Yellow)- Change ID for Slave. Press and Hold until ID0 to ID3 LEDS indicate the ID of the Slave, Press to increment ID. Has no effect for CM9001.

So, I cannot even get past first base with the installation and setup of Comfort on Home Assistant.  When I attempt to install the Comfort2Mqtt add-on I receive the following error:

When Home Assistant Restarts (Not Reload), it only restarts Home Assistant itself, all Add-ons remain running which could lead to some entities displaying an Unknown status. This status will update on the next change but for Alarm sensors that is not acceptable. A workaround to the problem is to Restart, or better yet, Refresh the Comfort to MQTT Add-on when Home Assistant restarts or when the configuration.yaml file is reloaded.

Go to Settings > Devices and Services > Integrations. Look for Home Assistant Supervisor




In the HA supervisor page look for Services and click on it. Select ComfortMQTT.
Select Sensors


Under Sensors you will see Running. Click on that it will show Disabled.




Click on the gear icon. at the bottom there is a button to Enable it. Do that and UPDATE it. message says the entities will be added to Home assistant in 30 seconds.

Make an automation \"When Home Assistant MQTT Configuration changes then refresh Comfort\"

Go to File Editor, look for automations.yaml and add the text- id: 0987654321

I am trying to write a response to check if an automatic gate has been left open for more than an hour.  I would like Comfort to send an SMS alert (or email) to alert that the gate has been left open (I could also have it close the gate instead...but at this point I just want to raise a notification).

I have written the following response to open the gate:

This is a recursive response which I believe is okay.  Just wanted to make sure this will work as expected--i.e., every hour that the gate is left opened it will send an alert.

I upgraded my system last week and replaced my old GSM(3G) UCM with the new UCM/A7608 which supports 4G and VoLTE. My main reason for doing this was because it was virtually impossible to sign-in remotely on the old 3G module.  Advice on the forums was that the new A7608 module decoded DTMF on-board and so performed better...

After initial installation I was able to sign-in on my second attempt - I assumed I fumbled the keys on the first one.  However, trying to dial-in this morning I\'ve had five failed attempts.  My one-and-only successful sign-in so far must have been a fluke 

I saw another forum post that recommended holding each key for 1 second then waiting for 1 second but that didn\'t seem to help (and if I do it that slowly after the first failed attempt Comfort sometimes seems to hang-up and say \"Thankyou Goodbye\" halfway through the second sign-in attempt anyway).  I used to use this slow method 10+ years ago when signing in to a Comfort landline and it did matter and make a difference.

I\'m trying to dial-in from a Samsung S23 Ultra mobile. I have a good signal and Comfort has a \"Strong\" signal.  I\'m not convinced my SIM is using 4G yet (the A7608 board\'s red LED is only flashing slowly) but my provider claims 3G has already been switched off in my area and assures me that my SIM is 4G compatible and I should be getting a 4G connection. Perhaps I\'m falling back to 2G?  Would that matter and make DTMF worse for Comfort?

As you cannot hear the DTMF tones locally on the mobile I\'m not sure if holding the key makes any difference anyway.  Actually, I just did a test and dialled a landline and pressed keys on the mobile so that I could hear them on the landline - it seems the mobile-generated DTMF tones are a fixed duration (I\'d estimate ~250ms) so the only thing that can matter is the gap between presses.

Are there any other settings I can try on Comfort to tune things as this is really disappointing that I still cannot sign-in via GSM?

Also, I\'m going to take the SIM out and check VoLTE is enabled etc (as recommended on other forum posts) - do I have to power down Comfort first, or is it safe to remove the SIM?
