My electrician lost the blue 6 Way connector JP1 for the back of my KP06 keypad. Is a replacement available or is this a standard connector I can order from a parts supplier?

I have two DM02 modules supporting two Door Stations (the door stations are third party--basically a speaker, a mic and a button).  This setup has worked fine for years.  
However, recently the modules appear to no longer work?  For example, when \"Scan for modules\" is executed the modules do not appear.  Further, when I attempt to use the module, for example a Gate Open Response (to fire the relay on the DM02) after about a second it throws-up a Communications Failure alert and essentially causes a system crash.
Is there any way to run some sort of diagnostic or further troubleshooting or should I just assume the modules have gone bad?  Odd that they both would go bad.
  

After a power cut I now get a Tamper Alert when the alarm is powered on.  It is not the case switch (I have that shorted).  Is there a way to stop the Tamper Alert (entering the PIN doesn\'t work)?  How can I determine what is the cause of the Tamper Alert--does not give me any indication on the Keypad just flashes Tamper Alert along with a siren.

Hello and first of all scuse me for my bad English.I am using Cytech Comfort since about 15 years and it is connected to a Pc via serial port because on the Pc is running \"Homeseer\" software and Cytech is perfectly integrated.Now, i would like do send and receive rs232 data on \"Arduino\" board rather then \"Pc\".
I am trying but this seems a little difficult.I have mounted on the Arduino a TTL (with max232 chip) and Db9 Female plug and a \"gender changer connector\".
If i connect the cable from Cytech to \"Pc\", i can receive every data, but no data seems to be read from Arduino.Maybe somethink wrong on connection? Or maybe i need to do something i don\'t know?

HiI am hearing a beep every minute that I think is coming from Comfort. it may be related to some zones acting as fire and CO alarms but I am seeing no messages trigged in the keypad. I can\'t tell as all the devices are physically close together! I see no error lights on any of the devices and have removed the CO and smoke detectors leaving some relays and am still getting a beep and have replaced the batteries on the smoke detectors.

I have a few new modules I need to add to Comfort but they are all showing as unknown.
I tried to edit the velbus.cfgx file and added the line below but its still showing as unknown.
<velbusType Type=\"0x38\" Name=\"VMB1DM-R 1-channel Dimmer\" Channels=\"1\" Register=\"Counter\" Function=\"no\" Commands= \"Dimmer\"/>
Module VMB1DM-R is direct replacement for VMB1DM so I copied the same line but changed the Type to the next free 0x38.
Am I doing something wrong?
FYI - I recently upgraded all my firmware to the latest and since my comform system is throwing a wobble. The time keeps changing and its really not communicating with velbus very well.

I am having a few issues installing a ceiling PIR sensor with my comfort system. 
The device I have is RISC Lunar 150DT3.

I decided not to use EOL settings (but have tried both) so the wiring should be simple. 
First two terminals plus and minus 
Second two for connection to comfort (labeled alarm) 
 
Its the rest of the connections I dont understand. I just assumed I would not use them or short them if not in use but it seems not. 
 
The problem I have is the device stays active and wont go to inactive. 
Can someone with better knowledge please help and see if they can tell why I am having this issue.

I have a response attached to the F key to arm to vacation mode i.e. press F twice.I noted recently this no longer works but can\'t understand why. The response is still there (and works if executed from Comfigurator) and is attached to the F key but pressing it twice gives a long bleep error tone.
I have put the new 9001 board in and changed one of the 2 KP04 keypads for a more up-to-date KP04A. Not critical by any means, just curious as to why it has stopped working, I must have missed something.
Anyone put me on the right track?

I had a problem going from firmware 7.201 to 7.213. With the garage door remote control, when pressed and the alarm is connected, it bypasses the garage access areas. Since the firmware was changed, my garage door works poorly. My garage door moves with KNX. When I press the button on the garage remote, the door tries to open and instantly stops. I have reviewed the KNX telegrams and I see that when I press the button, the telegram is sent to Cytech and it returns the same telegram to the KNX, resulting in the door stopping instantly. I have tried uploading to the latest version of the KNX module and it still gives the same result. The only solution was to return to firmware 7.201 or remove the response bypasses.

For anyone considering starting off (or upgrading) with a Raspberry Pi CM4, this is my experience of the process.I purchased a CM4108032 - Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 - WiFi - 8GB RAM -
32GB Storage, which is probably total overkill for this project, but it was all that was in stock at the time. Along with this I got an antenna kit and a heatsink - both of which were not really needed.From Amazon I got the WaveShare CM4-to-CM3-Board which allows you to attach a CM4 onto a CM3 style connector. I think this cost about €20.With the CM4 and heatsink attached to the UCM/Pi, it looks a bit flimsy but in practice I\'ve had no problems with the security of the mount - see the attached photo.
In use, the heatsink barely gets warm and CPU load averages around 0.14 with occasional peaks up to 2.I started off by removing the UCM/Pi from the alarm system as it\'s location made it awkard to work on. I then installed the CM4 and adapter board and hooked it up to a keyboard, monitor and 12V power supply. This was a mistake, Raspbian OS would not install, crashing immediately after the installation. WaveShare support suggested that it was a power issue, so I tried a 5A 12V supply with the same results. Only when I installed the UCM/Pi back in the alarm would the install complete successfully.Once I got the install script working, it has run without any issues for the last few months.For anyone thinking that this upgrade will improve performance, I\'m afraid the only difference I noticed was a slightly faster boot time. With Node-RED, it felt the same as a CM3. However, I have installed Docker, so I can install a few of my favourite images on it and take advanage of the built-in battery back up for reliability.
