We have a property that is split into Partition 0 - Main Partition 1 - Flat 1 Partition 2 - Flat 2
Currently each keypad arms and disarms the individual partitions.
I\'m looking for the SIMPLEST way to be able to make this a single arm /disarm from any keypad.
Preferably add a flag so that we can go from single whole house arm to three separate partitions within the program ( rather than having to use a separate program to \'swap\' over).
I think ive dont it in partition events but just dont believe it will work !

We have a system that has stopped answering incoming calls. It is a G1 system. The number of rings is all set nicely (8,3,6,3).
The problem is that the system will not answer an incoming call, It dials out correctly but when there is an incoming call it just rings and rings....
and rings,

                                                                                      and rings.


We have a test system on the bench and we cannot replicate this problem, Any Ideas?

Hi,
I have recently removed the door station from my front door and reprogrammed the comfort to show 0 door stations.
Trouble is the telephones no longer work. the comfort doesn\'t dial out and I can\'t use an internal phone anymore.
Is there some else I need to do?

I just installed 3.12.16 on a new PC. Made a couple of changes in Comfigurator and uploaded to Comfort II.
I then noticed this response was not working properly;If DoorStationId = 1 Then

    Announce Front Door
Else
    Set Flag KitchenDoorBell(14)
    Announce Kitchen Door

The first part (If) works but the Else did not. I tried re-uploading a couple of times.I then fired up my old PC running 3.12.15, uploaded and it works properly.
I assume a bug in 3.12.16.

I cant be the only person having difficulty with the Android App? Chiu has tested my .jcrlccip file and it works with him.   It also downloads and works fine on my partners Iphone. 

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.I cannot get the downloaded file to sync with the App. The app works and can set and unset Comfort, but there is no control or schedule items to see. I have double clicked the attachment, I have imported the attachment and i have tried emailing it to 3 separate email accounts - none of them now show up or work with the App.


I deleted the local IP address, which was manually inserted and communicating with comfort for security on/off, but this IP information was not downloaded in the file, which the forum says should happen. It has been working fine for a good few years, until I downloaded a new updated file and it stopped. I have deleted the App many times, deleted all the backup information on my Samsung phone. I am using the latest Comfigurator V3.13.5.0.... HELP

I am using the Android app on a Samsung S10 Note phone. I have attempted to use a DDNS service (Dynu) to provide the IP address of my home router.  With a home service the allocated IP address changes occasionally.  The DDNS address in the form of XXX.dynu.net resolves to the correct IP address in the form nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn.  (I have tested this on an IP lookup)

If I use the current IP address nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn and a port number nnnn I can get access to the app from a remote location perfectly.  However, if I replace the IP number with the DDNS name  I get a message \"Port is not available\".
Does this app work with a DDNS name?  If yes, can you give me any idea on what might be going wrong?

The Wifi01 submodule can be plugged into CM9001 or UCM06 to connect to a Wifi Network.
