Looking for some light support with my system in Portugal.
I have an ETH03, but don\'t seem to have the cable to upgrade myself, I\'m currently at version 5.079. I have a KP04 to install too, and just a general health check of the system and configuration would be good. The tricky part is I\'m only here a couple of days.
I was relatively happy to start on the upgrade myself until I found I didn\'t have the cable I needed...and I doubt I can get one here tomorrow...

My C-Bus to KNX Translator is no longer talking to KNX. It had been working, but now it has stopped.
D10 blinks red every now and then. D9 is steady red. D8 is off.

There is 29V at the KNX connector.

What might this mean?

I have just noticed comforts alarm set response is no longer being triggered when I set the alarm. If i execute it manually from confiqurator response screen, it works fine but not when I set comfort in away mode.
I have added new responses and a UCM PI since I last remember testing so not sure how long it\'s not been working and probably unrelated to this.
Any ideas on where to look? hock:

I want to replace a few words in the vocabulary, so I downloaded the voiceproc software but I have no idea what to do. The links to the voiceproc.pdf file don\'t work, so does anyone have a simple guide to just making a few substitutions?

When the security system is armed to any mode ie Away, Night, or Day Mode, or when the system is disarmed to Security Off Mode, it is possible to execute a Response to control any device that is connected to the system. 

In Comfigurator 3.13.5 and above, go to Alarns > Partition Events as shown below.




Assign a Response to Security Off, Away Mode, Night Mode or Day Mode for each Partition. Comfort has up to 4 partitions. Partition 0 is used for Non-partitioned systems
For example, in Away ode, you can switch off all lights and appliances, or in Night Mode switch off downstairs lights, but switch on the outside light. For Security Mode, you could turn on lights and appliances. The possibilities are endless. 



Note that this is NOT just for Partitioned systems. Even if the system is not partitioned, the Security Off, Away, Night, Day Mode Responses must be programmed here
Note: Security Off, Away, Night, Day Mode Responses  were previously in Events > Miscellaneous Events in older versions of Comfigurator prior to 3.13.5

In Comfigurator 3.13.5, The Al;arms > Partition Events Screen is shown below
This has the Security Off, Away, Night, Day Mode Responses that were previously in Events > Miscellaneous Events. It also has the Output Number assigned to the Siren/Bell Output for the partition

Can someone help. Recently over last 2 weeks my comfort system reboots by itself, its random and intermittent. I only know its happened when system announces security off all of a sudden.
Any advice or any logs I can check please ?

I have been getting a repeated Power Failure - Controller message on my keypads. I get a failed to connect to UCM message when I try to connect via Comfigurator (though it did work yesterday for a while). I run all my house automation off the UCM Pi and that is offline also. 
I tested the power input to the mainboard on my master Comfort panel and got a 15volt reading and a 14v reading on the output terminals that feed PIRs etc. (so power is making it into and through the board). The backup battery was down at 12.5v so I swapped it with one from my slave panel that was 15v. 
I have had no power outages recently. Any ideas on what may be causing both the error message and the system being offline for Comfigurator and UCMPi? Thanks

Just checking, is there any way I can tap off a low level audio output from the PCB? The current audio output for alarms is amplified and ideally I\'d like to tap off an RCA level feed that I can mix with others before piping to a set of ceiling speakers. (Ideally I\'d like to avoid a conversion high level to low level and tap off the main board)Same question from a slave board which happens to be nearer...

Is there an easy way to force Comfort to send the output states to Cbus.

Reason: I have a PC running \"C-gate\" and \"Homegate\", This PC is turned off at night now to save power when it wakes up it syncs with the Cbus network but misses the Comfort derived changes as they don\'t exist . 

If there were/is a command on Comfort to resend the current state of the Outputs to the UCM/Cbus2 life would be good.
