Hi,
I have a comofort panel which must be about 18 years old now and still going strong. I presume its a comfort 1, not sure.
Any how\'s I wish to add a remote to arm / disarm the unit and if I recall correctly when I installed it there was an option to add a key switch arm/disarm.
I\'m presuming I could link it this but is there any info anywhere about adding the key switch and do I need to go into the programming of he unit?

Hi everybody. I would like to know what happens if a zone configured with Entry Door feature (YES), we change the Inmediate feature by Alert. (in Zone Types)

I\'ve done some tests and what I\'ve seen is  that when you trip this Entry Time zone and entry time ends no alert occurs, even you don\'t trip any other zone, directly the Intruder alarm triggers, despite being an alert zone.
If you change the Entry Door feature to \"NO\" the alert works fine, This is, no Intruder alarm is triggerered until there is no other zone. But if you put the entry door feature, the alarm triggers when the Entrytime ends, despite no other zones triggered.
How can we join an Alert with a Entry Door  feature?

I recently switched from Comfort I to comfort II (after 20 years...).So, I am used to dial into Comfort for a long time.
One of the \"things\" I had on Comfort I was that I could hear back (as an echo) any digit I pressed on my mobile.This was very helpful specially when the communication was not very good and some digits failed to reach Comfort - I could hear them missing and repeat the digit.
Now, with Comfort II, currently when I call-in and insert the digits on the mobile I do not have a feedback, so for instance for the sign-in code I only know it in the end that some digit was wrong or missed, but then I cannot correct what I cannot \"see\". This is frustrating and looks like lottery trying to sign-in remotely.
NOTE: I am using the same mobile phone for the last two years, so no difference in that end.
Is there any \"tuning\" on Comfort communication that can give me back the feedback of digits pressed? 

I noticed via the comfort app last night that my system was reporting an RS485 comms failure with an IRIO.On investigating today, I\'ve had a small fire hock:
This panel is in a metal sealed/vented enclosure that controlls some of the garden lights.The board takes its logic power over cat5 from the main panel.The mains is supplied by an MK RCBO 6Amp (didnt trip)I can switch all the lights independently using mains switches and they all work fine.These lights havent been switched on recently.
It looks like something on the Relay Sub board has let go, and created a small fire.I\'m not sure if the IRIO carrier board is damaged electrically. Its socket upstand is a bit melted. Both sub boards had their power leds on. 
So, the questions are:-should I expect this sort of failure ?-if I replace the boards what is to say it won\'t happen again ?-Would just the failure of a single sub-board cause it to report a comms failure, or is the main board damaged too ?[sub][/sub][sup][/sup]-Chiu do you want more info to investigate ?-is there any good will discount / replacement on this ?
I will attached some pictures in a moment (already written all this once to then fail on attachment and lose it all )

I have been using the App on my android phone susessfully for a few years. I just uploaded a revised .cclx  file and now there is nothing in the app on the phone.I can log into comfort on the app and set the security on and off, so it is communicating ok, but there is nothing in the Control or the schedule tabs.
Has anyone else experienced this?  I have deleted the App and reinstalled it and it is still the same. It almost seems like a problem with the file I am emailing and clicking on the phone. It starts off as a 391kb file but the converted emailed file ends up as only 12kbThanks

I\'ve an original Comfort 1 system with X10 (that are DIN rail modules)… to cut a long story short the X10 modules as I\'m sure you\'ll know go a bit dicky every now and then, so I just used to replace them... BUT it looks like they\'re now getting harder to find, and, newer systems have taken over.
I installed the system back in 2001, so it\'s done pretty well to be fair and now I\'ve got multiple X10 modules down and in conjunction with the original board limiting me to X10 and other elements such as not being able to use the newer (better looking) keypads I\'ve decided it\'s probably best to start over.
It looks like the new Comfort has separated the logic controller out, and that the controller can do multiple formats... does anyone have experience of these formats and especially anything that\'ll fit in a DIN rail box with connections that mirror the X10 modules?
Any pointers would be helpful... I\'ve not really kept up to date on this.

Are the instructions on this forum the most recent ones for iOS? I could not get the Comfort file to open from Outlook or Gmail, but I did get the native Apple Mail app to give me a \'Copy to Comfort Mobile\" option in the context menu. 
I was then able to login, but I could not see any zones, just the dashboard home page. I also get logged out within a few seconds.
What are the recommended steps to follow for current versions of iOS on iPhone (11 Pro) or iPad? Does iTunes need to be involved?

I\'m a bit confused about my expansion options using a Slave Expansion Module as there seems to be several different variants, and I want to make sure I get it right before ordering.My current system is a CM9000 with firmware 7.160. I have a UCM/ETH03 and a UCM/Pi. Also in the same box is an LEM03-M2 giving a total of 24 inputs and 8 outputs. I also have a spare LEM01-M2 with 8 inputs and 8 outputs. I only need additional inputs for the extra zones I am installing.
Some posts seem to imply that I cannot add an SEM with an LEM03 in the system, while elsewhere it says it can be installed in the last SEM only - which is correct?If the LEM03 can be used, then I propose moving it to the SEM and installing the spare LEM01 in the CM9000.In that case, can I use the SEM01C, as I won\'t need any more inputs and I would prefer to use the switch-mode PSU.
So, I think I need the SEP01C, which is the case + SEM + PSU. Sorry for being long-winded about this but I don\'t want to order the wrong parts.Thanks.
