Emails from Comfort stopped suddenly a couple of days ago. I have tried everything I can think of to get them going again. I have upgraded to the latest Eth03 firmware (2.23), controller and slave firmware is also up to date. I tried doing a complete reset on the Eth03, I\'ve powered the entire system down, I\'ve changed everything in the email configuration page including trying a totally different account for sending but no joy. Any suggestions because I\'m flummoxed?

My Comfort system was struck by lightning few days ago. I have just checked and found the following problems:-

1) one of the Keypad AC is lighting up and totally dead. The keypad buttons are not responding.
2) I also found out 6 of the PIRs are not triggering the alarm when activated.
3) The Keypad also announces “ communication failure “ when I key in the engineer menu password.

Can you please confirm what is the problem urgently.

I\'ve have installed a new farfisa (ds01) door station, it worked well for a while but after a few weeks I started getting Comms Failure RS485 notifications on comfigurator. I\'m obviously using A DM02. Now when I scan for a new door station on comfigurator it doesn\'t show at all?
Any help will be much appreciated

I\'m switching a device, and I need to re-learn some IR commands and replace the old codes.
Whenever I attempt this, I start getting communication errors within 30 seconds or so and Comfort needs a power cycle.

I have multiple UCMs, all work fine, and I can connect to any of them with Comfigurator OK. If I attempt to use the IR learn feature, immediately I get \'no response from UCM\' and within 30 seconds the keypad is complaining about a communications failure. I have to power cycle Comfort to clear.
Any ideas?

Hi,Since upgrading comfigurator to version 3.13.3.0 a few weeks ago i cannot connect to the UCM when i search for modules. I have checked the settings and IP addresses are all correct and the comfort server manager sees the UCM[size=\"1\"].[/size][size=\"2\"] Any ideas?????[/size]Ray

Hi. I’m looking for some help please with my UCM/Pi, which was working perfectly until last weekend, but it suddenly stopped responding. I’ve posted this on Slack too, so apologies for those that might be reading this twice.

It started off by me not being able to access the UCM/pi remotely through the usual <ip address>:1080, although I could get into node red via the 1880 port. I tried resetting the UCM via the button on the board and also powering it down for an hour, but with no luck. The IP was showing up on my network and I could ping it successfully, but not access functionality through the web interface.

I then realised the firmware needed to be updated and was still on 7.016, so I updated it to 7.125 (using the programming cable). I didn’t expect that to have resolved the issue, which it didn’t and I still had no access.

Since then I’ve reflashed a new image to the CM3: the process completed, but access remained an issue.

I then tried reflashing the UCM with 7.125 using the cable, which didn’t complete and gave me an error in Comfigurator, indicating the the UCM couldn’t be found. I then also tried self-updating as it is already on 7.125 and realised that when the UCM/Pi is connected to the other UCMs in the usual way, I get a fault flagged on my KP06a giving no bus comms.

I’m now left unsure on what issue(s) I’ve actually got:
1. A fault with my UCM/Eth02 which hasn’t transferred the firmware completely to the UCM/Pi
2. A faulty UCM/Pi board
3. A faulty CM3
4. Something entirely different or a combination of the above 😤.

Unfortunately I have no other UCMs to use to rule out option 1. Other than buying a new Eth03, are there any other routes I could try that you can think of? I’m somewhat of a novice and would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

There is a topic below with the same issue but the thread is closed. I have done all the things suggested but still have no Zones or Control menu;
Latest cclx, Use an email client, Nine for Android,  Cleared previous emails with attachments.  Have never used alternate textVersion 2.1 of the app.   Closed the app first. 


It is the same on my Samaung galaxy S10 phone and S3 tablet. 

Any ideas?

I have been using the comfort mobile app for several years, whilst other firms are constantly updating their user experience and adding new functionality, we have not seen a new version of the iPhone app for years!
can I pls request we put some focus into this topic, simple things like the iPhone 12+ screen is not optimised, there is no integration with any of the digital assistants out there e.g. Alexa... This is a great application, but it does need updating!

I have a constant battery warning on my keypad and I have tested my battery and it is very low.  I bought a new battery and very soon had the same problem.  
When looking closely at the LP51 and LP52 bulbs they appear to have blown.
Is it possible to get replacement bulbs?  I am able to solder them on if I could get new ones.
Any help is much appreciated.
