Please be aware Visonic have discontinued their MCX308 so you can NO LONGER use MULTIPLE Visonic wireless inputs into Comfort from a single device.Visonic do a single channel device but then the price is very prohibitive
RISCO Nova 4 is a 4 channel input device ( each channel can have a further 4 devices) that makes use of any of the RISCO wireless sensors  e.g. PIR, MDC, Keyfobs CO et etc. BUT the catch is that in the UK you HAVE to have an account with RISCO ! Crazy I cannot purchase form security whole saler !
Texecom have the ricoshet product but this does not support the wireless keyfobs !

Hi All

I have recently been made aware of an issue with a user where disk space on the SD card either hadn\'t been correctly allocated at first boot or has been used up despite the disk cleaning mechanisms in the code.

It would be really useful to get a list of users current version, status and serial numbers - just the last 4 digits of the serial number will be fine.

I have attached a image showing the info I need from the WebGUI and would really appreciate updates from current users to help me identify the scale of the issue.

In Sunrise/Sunset Times, Cities in Portugal have the wrong ending month for Daylight Saving. It should be October, but is shown as January

To correct this please go to File >Update Defaults
This will download the latest updated defaults from the Cytech server
When this is done, restart Comfigurator. The daylight saving times end and start dates should then be correct

This applies to Comfigurator 3.12.1 and older versions

Posted in another thread, but prob better off doing a new one as I seem to have a few issues.
I have followed the guide and dont really see any error messages until I get to the discovery bit, so i am asssuming I am doing things right, but prob missing somehting obvious.

1) I notice my alarm file, despite me uploading a revused version of it, does no seem to be uploading. For example, I set the number of counters to be looked at to just counters =50, and responses =301,302  so I expect a fairly limited number of devices to be discovered. I limited the number of zones to 1, the number of outputs to 1, the number of counters to 1 and the number of responses to just 2 responses (301 and 302). 
However, when I upload my alarm file and download it again, it seems to show a full range of inputs, outputs etc, ie, it does not seem to be uploading the file!

2) When I to discovery in the smart app, I get a list of devices, I select just one, as a test, and when I go to save it, I get the error \"device id must be unique\".
In order to resolve, I have pretty much deleted the \"my smart app\" and all the \"my device handlers\" files and redid them, but to no avail, I am still getting the same error.

I feel, so close, hope its something obvious!

I have a dial-delay of 60 seconds.  I originally assumed that if an intruder alarm occurred (e.g. in Night mode) but the system was then disarmed within the dial-delay the system would not dial-out, but it does, which is annoying.

I still want it to dial-out in Night mode if not disarmed though, e.g. just in case I\'m working away and my wife is home alone.

I thought I\'d once seen a way to cancel or abort dial-outs - if so, I could do that Action during a SecurityOff response, but I can\'t find it anywhere. Did I imagine that?

If so, can anyone suggest a method of achieving what I\'d like to do?

I have read other forum posts about disabling the keypad \"night mode\" voice so I was experimenting with that. I have a Response that (for test purposes) I am initiating via SMS from the GSM4 module:

[/indent]That worked and the keypad voice did not announce \"Night Mode\". The system still did the main Speaker arming beeps but I plan to later temporarily disable those using an Output and Relay as someone suggested on another thread.

I then used another test response to go to SecurityOff mode - AutoArm Security Off

However, when I did the security off there was NO announcement from either of my keypads, but the security did go to Off.  Do you have any clues why not?

Also, at this point I could then not connect to the system using Comfigurator, yet I could ping the UCM/ETH03 on the network. Also, Comfort Mobile connected okay on the local LAN and showed live zone movements but attempting to change security mode did nothing. Also, using the Night mode key on the keypad did nothing. Keypad menus worked as normal. I ended up having to use engineer mode 7,4,2 to do a system reset and then all was fine again.

My wife has gone to bed now so I can\'t do further testing tonight but is there anything obviously wrong with my Keypad broadcast method above?

As my system has evovled, and I added/removed responses etc, my response order is a little disjointed. Is it possible to re-number response names, so I can get thigs a bit more ordered ?
For example, I have a respnse to turn a light on, resp 53, but the turn the light off resp is 102, so can I re-order these so the response numbers are 53/54 (noting that I would have to free up respnse 54 first)

3. When disarm any partition, and common siren is turned off, all partition siren outputs are turned off, and Keypad beeps are turned off on all keypads
4. Scan for Modules -  when module does not respond to poll and causes Communications failure and if it is within the No of IDs of this type, reduce the number of modules of this type if this is the last ID of this type.
   
5. Scan for Modules if id replies to u? query and it was not in eeprom, increase the no if ids of this type so a new module is automatically added without write to Comfort
   
6. At reset, Comfort scans for modules to increase the number of modules for a module that was not in eeprom but is detected
7. Eventlog for OPT can be increased to 600 if EEPROM size is increased to 256K bits
8. For partitions, each partition has a siren output location. Requires CF 3.11.14
9. 256 Nonvolatile flags and 16 nonvolatile counters for ULTRA not for OPTIMUM

Hi,

I had an idea that it would be useful to have a small cheap eBay remote control that I could use to trigger/set various states or flags in Comfort without having to use the Control menu. I have a KP04 keypad with built-in IR receiver and I wanted to be able to point the remote at that.

I\'ve been through forums and documents and I think I\'ve concluded that even if Comfort was to \'learn\' the IR codes from the keys on my remote it is not possible for Comfort keypads to receive them, it can only Output the learned codes.

Is that definitely correct, or am I missing something?
