I was just looking at siren durations and the Comfigurator description says it is in seconds but the help description (in the little yellow box) mentions a resolution of 0.05 seconds (50ms).  Does this mean I just set a decimal number if I wanted a really brief siren sound, e.g. \"0.5\" for a half second?

My New Message Alarm config is unchanged from the default as far as I know. I don\'t have any per-user mailboxes setup, just the default system-wide mailbox as it was out of the box.

I\'ve added a Response on to the New Message alarm type that is supposed to send an SMS message to tell me that there\'s a new voicemail.  The SMS does not get sent though leading me to believe that the New Message alarm is not being triggered.

Does anyone have any clues why this may not be working?

Could the app have a help page with things like - The file conversion that is being used - this could simple be the file name ( all ours are numbered and dated)- The version of the app and generation 

I welcome the android app and for most part it does what it says on the tin  ( see post ref redundant pages etc).
The layout.......
ITS CONFUSED !
Across the top you have dashboard control time camera
The main security text on first use gives NO indication that this is the arming disarming functional part of the app.
The bottom section then displays dashboard ( already available at top of page), zones ( great), alerts (great), time prorgram (why here and if not used or programmed WHY at all !) 
PLEASE can we have a simple concise structure.
Happy to layout and suggest ideas - but at best the current arrangement is a MESS !
  

This app is a vast improvement on anything before hand HOWEVER its full up with items that are NOT USED.
As an installer and programmer of home automation equipment I like every thing to work.
As a start  Please if the time programs and camera and control are NOT present then there appears to be no way of getting rid of these redundant pages. We need some sort of tick box in comfigurator that will enable or disable these pages/functions.
ITS OK TO HAVE A SIMPLE APP THAT JUST ARMS AND DISARMS THE SYSTEM, having redundant functions and pages really de-values the Cytech range.

The page (2) displaying the comfort zones.... all zones appear to display Ok on start up.
HOWEVER the page never appears to refresh. So basically you are left with a time slot of the zone status.
Surely this can be made to be an ACTIVE page.
