I have a UCM/GSM4 3G model.  I need to experiment with a SIM from a different provider. Is it safe to remove and re-insert a SIM whilst Comfort is powered-up or do I need to power down?

I have a Comfort II Ultra with a z-wave module. My home automation is via HomeSeer (HS) and is the primary z-wave controller. Comfort acts as a secondary controller.I have 3 z-wave window sensors from Aeotec. 2 version 7, 1 version 5.All 3 sensors are set up in HS and are working fine.I have 3 virtual inputs set up in Comfort for these sensors, they appear in HS.In the 2 version 7 sensors I was able to associate the the sensor with the virtual input and it works as expected, when the sensor is triggerred the virtual input changes state.The older sensor, version 5, will not associate. It says it has but it doesn\'t work.I tried linking the device in HS, linking is a bit like associating but outside of z-wave and set up in the HS software.The devices linked but, the output of the sensor is 22=ON and 23=OFF. The virtual node in Comfort appears to receive 22 and 23 but the virtual input does not react to those values. I\'m guessing it wants 0 and 1 or something similar.I have a workround using events in HS but would prefer a direct solution rather than a workround.My question is there a way to make the virtual input respond to the values from the sensor, 22 and 23?

Hi,
I just noticed that under miscelanious events, the away mode response is missing, I get what appears to be a quite limited number of events available to me.
I used to have an away mode and night mode response configured, and that now appears to be gone ? 
The old repsonse does seem to point to the misc event, but it is not present in the event list.
I dont have any partioning enabled (certainly not intentionally anyway)
Would appreciate any advice.

CM9001-EMS not able to dial out to Phones and CMS by phone line. This bug was fixed in EMS 7.195

I have added a couple of z-wave window sensors to my z-wave network. I want to add them to comfort as part of the alarm system.I did the usual \'learn\' procedure and after a couple of attempts it started to learn. Then Comfigurator stopped learning and the primary controller showed an error message.I tried again but nothing is happenning.Now I see an error in red in the bottom left of the Comfiguratot window; Communication error between UCM baseboard and Z-wave sub-module.I have restarted both Comfort and the primary controller (HomeSeer)
Any suggestions of what may be wrong?Comfort 2 UltraZ-wave module

Hi I just purchased a UCM/PI from Laser.com and I am now trying to find a Compute Module to fit it - lead time 47 weeks! I just wondered if I need a CM3/CM3+ or whether a CM4/CM4+ would work?

I have a KP06A on my system, Comfort II Ultra. Today I got a beeping from another keypad and Communication Failure\' showing on the other keypad, a KP06, The KP06A has a blank screen and the keys are unresponsive. It is illuminated.Any ideas?

Hello, my question is quite simple, I\'m wondering how many fire alarm I need to \"secure\" a 40m garden studio. My first opinion would be 2 alarm but I may wrong... and the company eco lodgy doesn\'t look to want answer me.

When I press *1 , get the download aborted no text

Is the KP too old, or do I need to upgrade anything? Thanks.

Recorded Reminder messages can be played instead of the common Alarm Message when Comfort dials out in an alarm.

Create a Response for each alarm type as folows;

1. Under Keypads, Assign Reminder to Alarms.
2. Select the Reminder number
3. Select Alarm Type from the drop down list
