After some  disruption to supply during the pandemic, UCM/wifi is available again

IRIO/TWS  has 4 ON/OFF lighting control circuits for on/off lighting control using Two Way Switches and 2 x 0-10V outputs for dimming. Each Lighting circuit consist of a Latching Relay to switch the light on/off and an internal Current Sensor to sense the state of the light when connected to a two way switch. Latching Relays remain at the last Open/Close state without requiring current in the relay coil, and saves energy.

The advantage of this method of control is the ability of the mechanical  two way switch to control the light even if the Comfort or IRIO is not working, as conventional Electrical/switch wiring is used. 
The sensitivity of the current sensor can be set to High Sensitivity (for energy efficient lights like LED bulbs) or Low sensitivity for incandescent or halogen bulbs) in order to cater for all types of lights.

Hi,
I did a minor update using Comfigurator 3.13.7.0 
My comfort File System: 34, Firmware: 254, Version: 7, Revision: 63, Vocab name: English Residential, Custom: False, Vocab Version: 39. I made some minor changes to my most recent .cclx file (changing summer watering system timings to winter settings; no changes in the vocab area).
When I transferred the file from computer to system I got the \"fail\" message above.
What do I need to do to correct the error.

A new model IRIO02 improves IRIO01. IRIO02 has 4 x 0-10V analog outputs compared to IRIO01 2 x 0-10V analog outputs. This is suitable for process control and automation applications. More info to come later.

The 4 analog Outputs can be used for Proportional + Integral (P+I) control.


Other features of IRIO01 eg able to plug in 2 submodules are unchanged. 


IRIO firmware  7.019 is required to suporrt IRIO02. The firm3are can be applied to IRIO01 and IRIO02

IRIO01 Control/Feedback Register as shown below must be assigned to a Register (Flag number) if the Output is in use.

It must not be blank when the Control Registers below are assigned. Leaving Control / Register flag blank causes an error in Comfigurator - when the cclx file is opened, and there is a log in, the IRIO properties for the ISM becomes blank.

Phones 1 and 2 are for Central Monitoring Stations (but they can be used for other phone types if CMS is not needed).

When phones 1 and /or 2 are programmed for CMS, note that there is a 3 minutes delay before the rest of the phones are dialed in ALARM state. This is to allow for the CMS operator to call the keyholder at the alarms phone number.  This may lead you to think that the system is not dialing out to the other phones due to the long delay

This setting is in Comfigurator > Telecoms > Dialing > CMS Delay in Alarm. If the value is changed to 0, then there is no delay

Note that this affects Alarm Types which have alarm state 3, not Idle or Alert Alarms

Using Comfigurator v 3.13.7.0 to program a recently upgraded system with a CM9001 board, which has the EOL settings programmed, rather than as hardware shunts.
I find that, quite often, Comfigurator loses the Double EOL setting and reverts all zones back to \"No EOL\", which is a problem if I don\'t notice it\'s done this, and upload the configuration, only for the system to erupt with Tamper alerts.
I\'ve not yet worked out what sequence of usage causes this.

I\'ve had my comfort system running for almost 12 years. I have a BT Redcare appliance connected to the main panel. in the last 6 weeks, every day around 17:45-18:00 I get both a fire and double intruder alarm being raised. There are NO audible alerts in the property or error messages highlighted on the keypads.

This is a serious issue as I\'ve had three occurrences of the monitoring center calling out the fire brigade and attending my residence.

Please advise on what internal error logs I can analyze to troubleshoot what is causing the issue. There are instances when the problem occurs at 23:15-23:50 also. the only correlation is there are sunset programs set to turn on multiple outputs (lighting) when the sunset time is reached.

Please advice on any diagnosis to perform.
