The main changes are;

• The Velbus modules supported by UCM/Velbus instead of being hard-coded, are based on a configuration file called velbus.cfgx Thus future velbus modules can be supported by editing the configuration file. The format of the file wil be described in this manual.
• Support for Vlebus modules increased according to Velbus Module table in this manual
• The Counter or Sensor assigned to  Velbus address/Channel  in the table  is unique ie not duplicated in different lines of Velbus to Comfort
•  Response Wizard Commands to Velbus are determined by velbus.cfgx Commands=”xxx” parameter
• In Monitor Mode the  “Clear screen” button  clears the displayed data.
• Comfigurator 3.12.12 is required for this firmware

Comfort timers are currently only accessible from engineer mode.
Would it be possible to add a timer change function to the timer list. 
If there is a timer list with the ability to alter the timers then this list could (usefully) then be available in user mode.

If you are working with responses for any length of time or with any number of responses it become very annoying having the responses screen jump back to front page or top of list every time you carry out an action.
Can we add to the wish list that the responses screen remains at the last used position after a save or alteration or jump to another window.

In the registers section ONLY counters and sensor responses have a response that can be  associated with them.
Is there a reason why the flag table cannot have a response associated with it?

Dear Experts,

I would like to seek your advice on how I should approach my system upgrade and expansion plan. Below are my questions and would appreciate your views and suggestions :-
1) I am currently using Comfort 2 and keypad programming. Shall I invest in UCM Eth03, if I were to upgrade and integrate my system with Raspberry Pi, Home Assistant and Google Assistant?

2) One of my reasons of expanding my system to include Raspberry Pi is to allow the control of system devices ( non smart ) using voice commands via Google Assistant. Is this statement correct and justifiable? That also means voice control using Comfort is not possible?

3) The other reason of including Raspberry Pi is to include and allow Home Assistant functions as an overall server for system integration. Is this statement correct?

4) Is increasing the system Input and Output points is a good reason to include Raspberry Pi? Currently I have 24 inputs and only 8 outputs. There seems to limit me in adding additional field sensors. I am aware that I can do that by adding on Comfort LEM or SEM modules.

5) what is the main reason for Adding Raspberry Pi instead of Comfort LEM or SEM modules? Is it because Raspberry is a open source controller and it presents more flexibility in term of control customisation ?

I\'m after a bit of advice.  I have a Comfort system with CBus integration.  Recently I have managed to connect the Comfort to SmartThings in such a way that my CBus lights are represented with Virtual ZWave Nodes.  This allows SmartThings and hence Alexa and Siri via Homebridge to control my CBus lighting. 

To achieve this I have a response on each ZWave virtual node that sends CBus commands based on the dimmer value supplied by Smartthings - using nested if then else statements I have achieved 4 brightness levels.


Problems to solve:

1. A better way to integate the counter values to get more control of the dimming level.

2. A way to get feedback from the CBus level to Smartthings via ZWave.


I have an original CBus UCS and I believe a 2-way ZWave UCM.  As I understand it the newer CBus UCM allows commands to be sent to CBus by just changing the counter value, so I guess I could copy the counter value received from the ZWave UCM to the CBus counter so set the dimmer directly?  I also believe I could map the same counter to both so this happens automatically.  Is this correct?


The ZWave virtual nodes do not seem to report the counter value back to the ZWave network.  Changing the counters in Comfigurator or via a response does not seem to be reflected by Smartthings.  Is this because I haven\'t associated the virtual notes with real ZWave devices?  I can\'t seem to see any mention of associating devices in Smartthings.
Perhaps I need a newer ZWave UCM or firmware?  My ZWave UCM reports Version 7.103 with ZWave Module 3.34.

Ive just come form a customers site after we installed a basic comfort alarm last week - i had left it un-commissioned because I had a very strange problem with a smoke sensor.
It turns out that the smoke sensor was not latching the relay due to comfort voltage being too low...... WHY.
The new switch mode power supply although delivering 14V ac to the CPU was only giving 10.8v to comfort power (nothing connected) and even less once other components were added.
PLEASE TELL ME THAT YOU HAVE TESTED THESE UNITS AND HAVE SOME ON SOAK TEST ETC ETC ETC...
I will now have to go back to site again with an old transformer.

I think Cytech may be missing a trick here.
With the app installed on a mob phone can we have Comfort notify the app of alerts - 
We install door entry systems and they all have the ability to ring out remotely to the app so the customer can talk to the visitor.

Surely this is a MUST for comfort.

I want to have two away modes. One with all sensors active and one with a pir off. Dogs in the house. I know I can disable one but that’s a lot of button presses. Ideally I would like the day button to be the same as away but one pir off.
