An increasing proportion of our Cytech business has come about due to increased remote access to customers alarms.
For a small fee we maintain a remote connection and can diagnose faults etc remotely.

It would be good to have a better idea of the STATE of the remote connection.... currently there are 2 indicators 1st is that the login changes to logout (indicating that you are logged in !)2nd is that the remote address is displayed in the bottom right hand corner of comfigurator.
So perhaps use the remaining space at the bottom of the page where the current network (remote) is located to indicate login and port number and time logged in etc etc etc.

Engineer advanced and Engineer simplified - really don\'t see the point of this ! ----------------------------------------
Event log - greater visibility in the event log when remote sign in is enabled or disabled this applies to both configurator and the app.

Access to engineer menu by end user - I think its not a good idea to allow the end user ready access to the engineer screen. I think that you should password protect the engineer menu by use of the engineer code (which should be greyed out or not visible in the user menu!).

Am I correct in saying that the DP01/02/3 have been discontinued?
I cannot see any posts on the forum saying anything about this?
Are there any spare parts available?

We have a number of customers that would like their existing comfort installations to be upgraded so that they can partition their alarms.
HOWEVER the partition function is not available on the app..... Which sort of defeats the object of upgrading as a large majority of our customers us an app to control.
Can we have a definitive time frame for implementation of this function please

we have bought a new home that had already installed the Cytech Confort II. 

The problem is that we can not arm or disarm the alarm, because we do not know the code that the previews owner had. Also we already try to contact the previews owner, but with no success. 

When the alarm activate the sirens we disconect the energy of all house and then the alarm be deactivated. Like you can imagine, that\'s not a plausible solution... 

It\'s possible to reset the code and have our own code?

I know Windows 10 isn\'t listed under system requirements, but is there a Windows 10 version planned or a way to make it run?

The reason I ask is that I run Macs and program Comfort using a Virtual Machine using Parallels. All has worked fine for years, but I have had an enforced upgrade of Parallels (onto subscription) which has provided an instal of Windows 10 by default, and I am struggling to get my legacy Windows 7 VM to work on it (support call with Parallels shortly).

I currently have a regular audio door station, but this tech is moving so fast, the wife would like the functionality of a Nest Doorbell https://nest.com/doorbell/nest-hello/overview/ with video etc.

Has anyone switched their door station for one of these? I presume you can lose the electrical feeds but lose the audio integration?
