Found out today that worryingly none of the smoke detectors in my house work. I\'m guessing the electrician who originally wired them did not get it right.

style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"The alarm side wiring seems to be green and white connected to the zone input (One per detector) and red and black connected to 12V power, shunts set to 1-2 and Comfigurator Fire NC. I attach a picture of the detector side wiring; cant see any resistors anywhere. Can anyone see what might be wrong?

Hi All,
Was trying to fix the non working smoke detector and suspect I shorted one of the smoke detector inputs. Cant seem to get any lights on the alarm or any of the KP06s at all now. Any hints on which fuses or areas to check? (The 230V input fuse looks intact)

I am trying to get the Comfort Alarm to issue Commands to the UCM Universal when it sees certain incoming messages from the same UCM universal.
The response I have setup has 2 commands in it (They can be seen in the \"Commands to Device\" tab). When I right click the response and choose \"Execute Response\" both commands execute perfectly.
I then choose click Learn in the \"Device to Comfort\" tab and the  expected message appears. I choose type as Response and then select the Response that tested successfully earlier and then click \"Write to EEprom\". 
The Comfort does not seem to execute the Response when the message is seen. Am I doing something wrong? Is this the correct way to get the comfort to send a command to the UCM universal when it sees a particular message from the UCM universal?

When I put O!0401 into the command line I get output 5 ON.or O!0400 - - output 5 OFF 
Using latest comfigurator and latest firmware
O!0001 however does NOT switch ouptut 1 on !


IS THERE A BUG 

Hi all
I plan to add some LC-13 radiator valves and some plugin modules for switching LED lamps to my comfort system - so now plan to add z-wave capability
I currently have heating control via Comfort/Homevision but now wish to add some more control of individual radiators so thought a good opportunity to replace the old X10 modules with Z-wave modules. (yes, I am that old!)
I figure I need the following but want to check with you guys I have understood

1. UCM/Z-wave
2. Veraedge to allow me to setup initially (is this still the recommended primary controller needed for this)
3. LC-13 radiator valves
4. Z-wave appliance modules - guessing I can\'t use lamp modules as LED bulbs don\'t present enough minimum load? - my goal is to have quiet operation of the lamps rather than a loud relay click - any recommendations on plug in modules?

• Is the above list correct and will this allow me to send commands via comfort to adjust the set point of the radiator valves as well as switch the appliance modules?
• I want the appliance modules to also act as signal repeaters for the z-wave network so all LC-13\'s are in range (long house) - do all act as repeaters?
• Is the Veraedge then redundant until I wish to make a change to the z-wave network setup?

PLEASE CAN WE HAVE THE OPTION OF FEEDBACK ON THE APP CONTROL MENU.

IF you are using the app remotely then not having feedback renders the control side useless.
The customer needs to be aware of their actions - so in its most basic form switch light off ( is the light actually off !!!!!) if you carry this through to heating or gate door control and irrigation etc..........

When setting up  new account or changing the settings in an existing account on a Samsung Galaxy S6 the screen that appears for the typing function obscures the import and done buttons - so to actually complete the setup exercise is next to impossible!
Ive experienced the same problem with most android hardware

in the long awaited upgrade to the comfort app the function of being able to answer the doorphone will be added !
i was wondering if the video is also an option

Hi,
After an upgrade to 7.148 all 3 KP06 keypads now show \"WRONG TEXT\". The voice works, I tried vocab upgrade with 2 different vocab files (Myma 3.9 and Kate 3.7) but it has not resolved the issue. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
