We are installing Analogue AHD system and we would like to upgrade the current DC01 camera to new one which is AHD 1080p.

 
Could anyone let me know what type of camera and aperture size is currently present  and if this PCB based camera can be put in its place ?

Hi All , I know this is a bit of a strange request. I currently run a gen1 comfort system with a DM02 and Fermax door station. I would like to replace the door station with a Ring Pro unit. The family quite like the way comfort rings the phones in the house and then stops it ringing when a pir senses movement.
Is there any way I can connect Ring Pro to still trigger the internal phones when we are at home?
The Ring pro uses 30V AC which is a typical US ringer voltage, it will operate with 24v. It seems it can be used to get the original ringer to operate but I am not sure how. The door bell only has the two connections that connect it to the transformer.
I can see on the DM02 manual that it can see a 24v AC door bell as there are instructions on the jumper settings for this. Is this possible?

Finally looked at getting my Lutron setup integrated earlier in the week and found a few things were not as expected so wanted to share.

My Setup:

• Lutron Energi Savr for LightingLutron
• Sivoia Blinds
• CI-NWK-E

• If using a Universal UCM it seems none of the inbuild Lutron command worked so it seems easier to leave the UCM Command Type option at none. 
  
• The NWK-E device requires a login if using Ethernet/Telnet which was awkward so it was easier to connect the RS232 to a Moxa RS232 to Ethernet adapter which removes the login requirement. 
  
• Test your command using telnet to the Moxa drive and when you know they work just convert to hex, add \"0D\" to the end and paste them into the Comfigurator.

I am trying to wire up my Comfort Output to my 4 channels Relay to switch on the light in the event of PIR is being activated. Refer to above link for details of my 10A 250V relay. How do I connect the output and 12v from Comfort panel to the relay input?

Q1 Is it correct to connect the 12V of the Output to DC+ of the relay module?
Q2 then connect the OP1 of the Ouput to IN1(Input 1 ) of the relay? And accordingly OP2 to IN2 and so on?
Q3 How about the DC- of the relay? Where to connect to or leave it unconnected?

Would appreciate your support and sharing.

I\'ve been looking at ways to Alexa enabled my entire house, which is a Comfort logic led CBUS install.
Sonoff have a couple of relay devices which then allow Alexa commands

Wondering if these, in conjunction with a RIO expansion module, would give a nice hardware only solution to getting Alexa commands into Comfort, and therefore all my CBUS modules.

When I bypass a zone in Comfort, the event is logged in C-Bus Toolkit (Security zone isolated). I expected to see an event to indicate this when the zone is UnBypassed, but all I see is the Security Zone sealed. Is the Zone Unbypass sent to CBUS?

I am using Comfort II ULTRA (7.142) with CbusUCM Cbus2 (7.068)

Hi,
I cannot enable engineer test mode. I enable the engineer sing in option, sign in as engineer, then try to enable engineer test mode and every-time I try and switch it on the response is \"Invalid\". Any ideas why?
It\'s an Ultra II with latest firmware.

I have a UCM/GSM4, but the antenna connection broke. Now I can’t remove the part that is broken, to put a new antenna.
So, I\'m thinking replace the connection on the board, but what is the exact reference?

Yesterday I installed Comfigurator v3.12.8 and used that to update my Comfort firmware to v7.142. I immediately noticed that my Comfort controlled external lights were not functioning nominally. It turned out that ALL of my Comfort flags were set to ON - every single one of them, including all of the unused flags up to Flag254. So my response programming wasn\'t performed as expected because the expected state did not match reality.

After I manually (inside Comfigurator, under Comfort Registers/Flags) enabled Show Status, I was then able to set all of the flags that I use back to OFF. Things once again appeared nominal.

Now, I can code around this sort of scenario and reset them at opportune moments, but it\'s new behaviour that I\'ve not seen before with firmware updates that I\'ve applied.

Any thoughts? Did I do something wrong during the firmware update process and do I need to revise my procedures perhaps?
