...integrated comfort with HIVE yet?
My Heatmiser system died today and I needed something fast so I went with the HIVE heating controller as my system is maintained by British Gas.   It seems pretty cool so far as also links to Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa as well. More the point \"the wife\" understands how to work this one! 
But has anyone got it working with Comfort so far?
I read this system has a million user base so hopefully a few are Comfort Users too.
I can use IFTTT if necessary but already missing my UCM/Heatmiser integration especially as I was one of the early \"Guinea Pigs\"!

Does anyone know if the old 8000 REM OR REP (REMOTE EXPANSION PANNEL) is compatable with Comfort 2? I want to use it as a SEP-01 in a remote location, with 8 in and 8 out and also  use partitions within comfort.If it will work what are the input  numbers assigned in comfort.  Thanks

I have 4 keypads two of which are KP06. One is KP06 and the other KP06A.The KP06A was fitted recently and the number 9 does not always activate when pressed unless pressed more firmly that the others. Can I swap the small keypad module from the KP06 to the KP06A to test if it is the small module or the whole keypad that is at fault?

Hi there,I have read http://www.comfortforums.com/forum122/4520.html and have a couple of questions. My lighting is all controlled via CBUS using a mixture of scenes and simple lights.

• The screenshot shows a dimmer - how do we program this?
• In many cases I am using scenes - can we use provide feedback  to indicate which scene is selected via the trigger control?

I have a Comfort II ultra with a UCM2 CBus board. It has run faultlesly for a few years then last night it failed to arm and showed \'UCM2 communications failure\' on the keyboard.Interrogating it with Comfigurator showed UCM2 grayed out and could not be polled.I removed the mains supply and battery for 10 secs and then reinstated them. This brought the UCM back to visibility on Comfigurator, and cleared the fault showing on the keypad.
UCM01 is version 7.076, and UCM02 is 7.045Any ideas what to check?

I have programmed the Doorphone to take a message when the system is armed using the Doorbell alarm.

The take-a-message greeting used by the doorphone is the same as the voicemail which means it has to be very generic \"can\'t get to you just now, leave a message\"

I would like it to say \"if you have a parcel please leave with...\"Obviously not appropriate for voicemail.

Is there any way of getting the doorphone and voice mail to use a different take-a-message greetings ?

We have a confusing problem on a couple of sites where a communication failure for KNX UCM occurs each time we update the configuration of a 3rd party device that is also connected to the KNX bus.

3rd party device is a LOXONE miniserver (I know, don\'t laugh!)

Every time we update the configuration for that device something triggers a communication failure between Comfort and the KNX UCM.

I can\'t see anything wrong on the KNX bus (in the ETS group monitor) but the unit does issue quite a few \'read\' telegrams when it boots in order to sync itself to  the system.
I can\'t see anything wrong in the monitor of the KNX UCM when we write to the Miniserver.

The event log in comfort simply logs the communication failure (as one would expect) and not the cause.

We do however see some items in the UCM IO monitor that I can\'t find any more info about when this happens.

The serial protocol lists the items as...\"TT - Monitor Data The format depends on the specific UCM Type and is not covered in the general protocol\"

Is there any info available on the format of this message?

Also these status messages occur at about the same time as some of  the \'TT\' messages and seem to refer to module 15, but I can\'t see this referenced in the serial protocol and can\'t work out which module it would be.

I have towel rails in my bathrooms which are connected to the central heating (independent system) but they also have an immersion heater for summer use.  This part is controlled by Comfort.

I\'m trying to improve my controls as I can\'t detect if the central heating is on and whether to enable the immersion heater or not.

I was looking to sense the mains signal voltage from the specific central heating circuit (it is multi zone) but I can\'t seem to find a simple means of achieving this. 
A simple 220V relay connected to a RIO input seems like the solution but I can\'t find such a device.

I would prefer to purchase a simple unit rather than creating my own.
Surely someone else has had such a need and has a simple solution to offer?

I have an issue with Zone 11 on my system it comes up with Zone trouble no matter what type of \"Zone Type\" is attributed to it, to stop zone trouble \"Zone Type\" has to be left blank. It reports trouble even when the contact is completly disconected from the zone (ie nothing attached). I have also changed the shunt in case of oxidisation to no avail, there is no voltage to the zone and all that has been used is a simple reed contact, this also applies to zone 12. The LEM that is installed has only recently been installed  (last 6 months). All firmware is up to date and also I used the latest version of Comfigurator and I also tried using a older version of Comfigurator.
Do you have any suggestions as to what else I maybe able to try to rectify issue
