What circuit protection against overload/back EMF is provided to the onboard output ccts 1 to 8. I recall reading there are self-resetting links but cannot find the reference

I have some Velbus bits for sale. Most have had very little use and where only used for a demo.

Currently my system has siren type 20 set to \"unassigned\"
When I create a simple response: 64,20, 255

I get a \'cascading audio\'. This sound quite suits my needs for the alert I wish to have as a zone response.
BUT
If I try and give siren type 20 a name and choose a sound type from the dropdown menu I lose the \'cascading audio\' sound and cannot work out how get it back.

You state there are 31 siren types. I can only see 20 siren types in my version of Comfigurator. (3.11.13.0) Attached gives details of system

Please can you help me understand what\'s going on.

Hi,I saw an old post that said a UCM/Universal (with ethernet module) or UCM/ETH03 (which the one I have) can send TCP messages using the RS232 SEND comment. I can\'t seem to find any guides on how to do this?
Can anyone point me in the right direction to a guide or give me a few examples of how to send a packet to a particular IP address and port?

It would be useful to have a simple dated text field that records manual comments on changes made to a Comfigurator config file and stores the info inside the config file. Even just a single large text file would be useful - you could add dates and comments yourself and then if you opened various old backups of your configs you could be reminded what changes you\'d made.
It would be useful if Comfigurator prompted you to edit/update the changelog field(s) when you saved the config file.
A richer version would have some sort of automated date + version number (that is incremented each time you save the file) and perhaps have flags (similar to the \'Selective\' transfer options) that showed which types of changes had been made, plus the manual change log comments too.

I\'ve had my Comfort Ultra II system (plus GSM4-3G UCM) installed for a few months now and all is generally fine. We have quite regular power cuts in our area and I\'ve noticed that the \"Power Fail Main\" SMS text message never seems to arrive until some time later, often when the \'Restore\' happened as the power cuts are usually short. I finally did some experimenting today and concluded that it was because my \'Voice\' phone was first in the list and the SMS one was 2nd so it presumably didn\'t send the SMS until after the phone had been answered and acknowledged. So, I\'ve re-ordered the numbers.

Anyway... back to the query, my Comfort and SEP are in different areas and when I was testing later on I decided to cut the power to the SEP as it was closer by.  I waited some time but was surprised to hear no Trouble beeps from the system and get no dial-outs or SMS and nothing on the keypads. Is that normal?  It now works as expected (Trouble beeps, SMS and voice dial-out) if I just cut power to the main Comfort panel.

Fixed BUG in previous versions

1. If Cbus to knx is mapped to Scaling for KNX, Cbus command ON and OFF will not set the mapped KNX group to value 0 and 255
2. [size=\"2\"]If  KNX to  Cbus address  and the same Cbus address is also mapped to another KNX address for Scaling, the 1st KNX group change is sent to Cbus and the Cbus address is also sent to the 2nd KNX address for feedback[/size]

Hi,
I hope I explain this correctly but am after help with some programming. During the late evening when the rest of the family are in bed (I stay up later) I am after a set of responses that only happen when I have turned on a control set (so I can turn on and off from my phone). During the evening I am generally only in one room in one area of the house so it’s a possibility someone could break in at the other end of the house (the kitchen) with out me knowing as the PIR’s are not set to announce (as this would be an annoyance most of the time) but if I set a control that once I turn on will announce movement in certain areas. I can then turn this control off if I need to visit the kitchen without it announcing.

Does anyone know if there\'s a way to make the ETH03 module initiate an HTTP call? 

I have a QNAP NAS with a CCTV system setup on it and currently 1 camera pointing at my front gates. My Comfort system has a wireless sensor on the gate and it currently triggers an SMS event and a voice announcement when the gate opens. The CCTV s/w on the NAS has the ability to trigger recordings based on virtual triggers that are initiated by making an HTTP request - e.g.:

http://192.168.1.123:8080/cgi-bin/logical_input.cgi?name=GateActivated

Since I have a UCM/ETH03, is there any way I can setup a Response to do that?
