1. Sign in using the User Code or Engineer Code (F0 must be pressed before Engineer Code)
2. Press 9 for Program Menu
3. Press 2 for date and time
4. The date and time is announced eg Moinday, 23 September 2016 3:45 PM
5. Press 1 to change date or  2 to change time. and follow the instructions to enter the numbers for date and /or time
6. After pressing 1 to change date, press 2 to change time

I have noticed with RIO01 it does not have a OP1 board and wonder what protection it has or what part would be replaced instead of the OP1 if it Burns out!

I\'m not sure where to request this, so adding it here.

It would be really handy if we could have more than the current 6 control groups.
I appreciate these map onto the keypad keys, so the additional 4 currently unused keys would be great.

I\'m just wondering if there is any plans to create some way of grouping zones.

For me, the Dashboard, Zones, and Alerts would be better off on seperate tabs, as Dashboard and Alerts use a lot of screen for little information.

I have more zones than will fit on the screen, and it would be really handy to group them into for example, house, annexe, garage, workshop, barn, etc. in the same manner the control menu is organised.

I realise this will likely need a change to comfigurator too, but throwing it out there incase your running out of things to work on

I\'ve setup some zones in night mode, I can arm to night mode (by keypad) okay but the PIR that I\'ve set the \"EntryDelayInNightMode\" response against doesn\'t seem to initiate the entry delay beeps (i.e. to remind me to disable night mode when I walk past that PIR in the morning).  Am I missing something?  Do I need to change the PIR type to have the \"Entry door\" flag set too and then make the response disable the Entry mode for that PIR in Away mode?

Any thoughts/suggestions? I had this same setup working without trouble at my old house but I don\'t have the old config. I don\'t recall doing anything special.

If I want access it from outside...could I change the port of UHSI RPI not 8080 ( now that it the port , isn\'t it ) ?

I have suddenly started to get a Communication error with UCM2. My UCM2 is a zwave3 and has, up until today, been working fine. I reset the alarm as I had done a change to the programming and after resetting it announced the error.
I see RS485Comms, UCM#2 in red at the bottom of Comigurator.
I have removed the connector and put it on again, and reset again but am still getting the error.
UCM#1 is an Ethernet board and seems OK. I switched the RS485 connectors from UCM#1 to UCM#2 so that it was UCM#2 then UCM#1 but that hasn\'t helped.
I note the green LED is not lit on UCM#2 but is on UCM#1.If I scan for modules I get Not found for UCM#2.
Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Please do NOT lay the Keypad wires close to any Mains Cable, as this will cause interference in the form of a loud humming or buzzing. This noise is almost impossible to  remove except  by moving the keypad wires AWAY from the Mains cable. 50/60 Hz is in the voice frequency range and is difficult to filter out

It is also importrant to use CAT 5 cable preferably shielded

I have a Comfort II and am doing some reconfiguration.I want to Force Arm (arm the system with open zones) using a response. I have had this working in the past but not at the moment.I am using the response ForceArm, the underlying codes being 17, 255I have \'Allow Force Arm\' ticked as Yes in Security Configuration Flags.If I execute the response nothing happens.The I/o monitor shows;>
